Left my car in their secure lot for 3 weeks. Less expensive than most of Park n Ride lots. Convenient shuttle to and from airport.

I LOVE everything about this hotel. From the shuttle driver to the staff and housekeeping, everyone was very pleasant and friendly. I'm planning another trip for Valentines Day and I will definitely be staying here.

The hair salon right in the hotel was a great convenience and the late night service of the bar downstairs was great too. I did enjoy the breakfast buffet.

The restaurant . not worthy of a Hilton especially if you compare with the excellent cuisine at the Hilton in Strasbourg
It's a Nice hotel, good shower, Nice bar and restaurant.
Wifi in the room is charged, the lobby is free. We were transiting through atlanta international and I tried to book a day room via their site, via email and in the end via Phone, but all was impossible. Booked via booking.com to at least have sth. We arrived early morning (7am) and they wanted to charge extra for early arrival although we were leaving again before 3pm! We checked out and at that point a lady was very friendly and thought with us for a solution for next time and didn't charge the early check in. So all together, solved correctly, but I wouldn't go again..
room was extremely dusty, not clean. lobby smelled like chlorine...not a nice welcome. Internet rate of 10 USD for a business hotel is unacceptable. Could not connect more devices for this rate....next time Marriott again.
I liked the comfort of the room
I didn't like the fact that hair was still in the tub, n it was a little stopped up
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late and had to leave early because of a flight, so we didn't get to enjoy the amenities. We had a comfortable night.
To our shock, the blowdryer was missing its turn-on switch. This was realized too late for my husband who just stepped out of the shower. I did the best I could with my hair before rushing to the airport.
Food was good... nice atmosphere.. The rooms seemed OK and not priced to bad.
They charged for internet access WI FI & Parking after you arrive... The cost for meals in the restaurants is pricy. The Breakfast cost a good penny.

NO NET IN THE ROOM
The food was good, all staff helpful especially on our first stay. Were able to leave our cases with concierge until we returned from a 3 day away trip, only required carry on luggage - which was fantastic. Other hotels did not offer this facility. Rooms clean but would recommend queen rooms rather than doubles. Advice is to be exact or as near as possible on arrival time what you want and when. Shuttle service good.
Room allocation could be better - had to wait 3 hours for our rooms to be ready and they were still not together. No shower facility in the indoor pool area and you have to walk through the gym to get to it. Hot tub jets should be stronger. Dirty ice bucket on second stay but was quickly rectified and provided with a complimentary voucher. We found when paying for food crafty with their bills, larger party get a surcharge/tip put onto them. Shuttle service from airport could be better sign posted for clients.
I like the convenience to the airport. Staff was very friendly and professional. Facilities were clean and up to date.
Windows in our room were filthy outside.

The location of the hotel and it was very beautiful. Some of the staff was Great.
A member of the housekeeping was very rude and disrespectful to us, not just that she told us she didn't like her job. That's not a good look for the hotel, and the fact they charge for parking by the day.
The executive room are very nice It's not a luxe hotel but it's enough for one night

The young lady at the front desk when I was checking in was helping another guest. The guest was deaf. While she wasn't fluent in sign language, she knew some words and knew the alphabet. She was able to communicate with him. I thought that alone was outstanding!
The pillows! Why are hotel pillows like sleeping on concrete? What is wrong with a comfortable foam type pillow? Also, I paid for the executive level floor and access to the executive lounge. Three times I had to go to the desk to have my card key programmed because it either wouldn't open my room door or the lounge door. One time, the front desk clerk said "Oh I didn't program it for the towers." It was 7:30 in the morning and I had mentioned I was going upstairs for breakfast and it didn't work. What did she think that meant?
