The hotel was fabulous. It's was in a great location. The staff was very knowledgeable and had smiles on their faces.
Pay for parking. And wifi was only free in the lobby. And snacks and drinks were so expensive. For one person to eat was more than 10 dollars.
The prices in the gift shop was ridiculous. 3 dollars for a bottle of water is insane 4 dollars for a bottle of juice ridicules. .I know you pay for convenience but those prices are a crime ....GREED
Lobby and all the window dressing looked good. Concierge was helpful.
Several elevators did not work. Parking was $22 to park your own vehicle or $30 if Valet. Most of the personnel conducting check-in and out were rude and presented majorly poor attitudes. The bathroom in the room had to be forced shut and I could only get it to shut twice. The hotel overlooks lovely construction. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.
Easy check in... This may not sound like a big deal, however I've experienced the flip side of the coin. Facilities were perfect! We got a king size bed. Nice and clean, beautiful furnishings, comfortable bed. We went to the bar had a few drinks and an appetizer. It was great. Pricing is basic for hotel dining. They also had a Starbucks downstairs, which we visited quite often.
Paid parking. Over 20 dollars daily!! Insane. When we left the hotel it took us several minutes to leave the parking lot!! I had previously prepaid. It was not a smooth process.
Ambience and quality. Great staff
No microwave or refrigerator in the room
Check in was very smooth. I was having issues with the elevator because I needed the key to get to my floor and when I told the front desk she actually came with me to the elevator and showed me, now that is excellent customer service!
My WiFi didn't work
Location was excellent - right off the highway but yet in the downtown area and close enough to walk - good price from booking.com!
charged for everything - toiletries, no coffee in our room and the parking was ridiculous price. also tried to charge price that was not the same as my booking.com reservation price food and drinks in the hotel restaurant were also very overpriced
Good hotel,n but you have to pay $12.95 for wifi daily which seems like a rip off, cos it could be free.. Overall the stay was good, very nice rooms. Got given an upper storey room which had a good view.. But the rooms with best view cost an extra $15.00 per night which was annoying..
The Staff were efficient but friendly, rooms were old but well maintained. Very busy hotel.
Club lounge location, offer, breakfast, service was way way below par. Breakfast for club guests was a joke.
Breakfast not included and did not declare before. So I have to pay for all the breakfasts.
The staff were very curtious... The room was very clean and comfortable!
The parking fees are redicoulous.... My husband was in ICU at Emory MidTown, I was stressed enough, when I booked my room, did not realize that the fees would be so high!!!
Price was excellent, Starbucks on site.
Hotel looked a bit tired, needs refurb. Shampoo, conditioner wasn't topped up on second day. Difficult to enter self park when busy.
Friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel was outdated and not worth the $180 I paid for. The toilet clogged twice and had to call in the plumber at 2:00 in the A.M.
Check in was swift.
Self parking was terrible.More directional exit and elevator signs are needed. The automated exit was inoperable and staff had to check room numbers to permit exits. This cost us time in leaving the premises.Although they promised to have it fixed, it was still broken on our fourth day at the hotel.
Room was very nice and very clean and we had a great view!!!!!
Did not like the location at all!!!!
Location Comfortable beds and spacious rooms
no free parking facilities no free wifi The bed sheet was woren out
Within walking distance to the dome, restaurants , and downtown activities.
Excellent location, hospitality, and comfort, will surely be back again soon
I do not have free acces to wife in the room, like otrhers big hotel
The hotel was centrally located to the placeswe wanted and needed to visit which was really a plus for my family and me. P.S. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the season.
We were inconvenienced by faulty plumbing...sluggish toilet. Our stay (4d-3n) resulted two calls to engineering which responded immediately. We were proved breakfast vouchers and offered a different room assignment. ~Can you imagine no rm service on Thanksgiving ? Everyone else in our party received rm serv. Go figure! To add insult to injury. ..my bedroom slippers vanished!
I liked the overall environment of the hotel. A great location by it being downtown. The staff was helpful & friendly.
I think the parking price was too much. The room didn't have a refrigerator. The only way you could use a microwave was if you called the front desk to bring one up, and you had to pay for it!
comfy bed and clean room
charged $22 for parking at their facility. Complaint about loud yelling and laughing in neighboring room all night long went unanswered.
liked the location
they were having some renovations done and contraction tape and barricades were up around areas. Also the parking garage was sketchy. Some areas were very dark.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and cozy
The tv channels suck and the bath tub didn't drain well
