Loved the beds and view.
Prices in the bar too high.
The overall facilities were fine.
Construction was a tad inconvenient. The restrooms near the ballrooms were a bit unkempt. The room was ok. The tv didn't always want to work. Overall it felt more like a Holiday Inn than the expected excellence of a Hilton.
The beds very comfortable.
No fridge in room to keep beverages cold. No breakfast without a price. Mildew on shower walls, no liners in trash cans and no fans in bathroom to reduce condensation in mirror. First visit to a Hilton and was not impressed.
The price was much cheaper than I expected. The hotel was very clean!
The distance to the World Congress Center was a liitle further than I wanted. The price for valet was WAY OVER THE TOP!!
Access to other hotels via the skybridge, conference center within walking distance
The wifi wasn't free, the paid parking
Enjoyed the location in downtown Atlanta.
Did not like how long it took for them to bring towels when asked. Had to call down multiple times before they came.
Paying for WiFi
short walk from aquarium, CNN, coca cola museum etc
reception in executive lounge - beef was overcooked and it was not clear what drinks were included in the reception, despite that the staff were very friendly, concierge helpful and teh atmosphere was good.
Hotel connected to Marriott, downtown mall, and MARTA station via covered sky walk. Accessible 24-hour coffee-snack shop. Super-friendly and helpful staff.
Not much to criticize. In-hotel dining and room service are always expensive no matter where I travel, so this is not news.
No free wifi in rooms
Fees for parking is to expensive
it was ok
was mis presented on check in on upgrade benefits
Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay again or recommend to friends
I liked everything
Being accosted by homeless person for a handout just outside the hotel
Surprise me one day, I called service because no body clean my room that day She told me they don't clean rooms daily !!!!!!
The bed was very hard!!
Location was excellent for the majority of tourist attractions, staff got us a free taxi to the zoo, so in 2days we did lots of cool things
Paying for Wi-Fi is outdated especially as it only then works in your room
The bedding was awful. You have to valet to park $32 a night. A lot f hidden charges that is not posted. Wouldn't accwpt my Hilton Honors because I booked online through service. Too many homeless hanging out in front of lobby begging for money ! For the price they need to clean the bums out from in front. I will sty at the Hyatt or Marriot Marquiss next time across from Hilton. I was really disappointed in our stay. The staff could give two hoots about the customer
I LIKED THE LOCATION AND FACILITY
I DID NOT LIKE THE CHECK IN PROCESS AND THE FACT THAT THE WIFI, PARKING, INCIDENTALS, ETC WERE OVER PRICED. THE STAFF WAS GOOD AS FAR AS PARKING,HOUSKEEPING AND LOUNGE. THE CHECK IN STAFF NOT SO MUCH, AT CHECK OUT THEY WERE RUDE AND CONDESCENDING.
Staff Room size Clean
Super big and comfy, love the pillows!
Not firm enough matress
It was semi close to the convention center. About a 15 minute walk.
Staff was rude when I first walked in the door. There were a few nice staff that were helpful but that was few and far between. It was messy and very loud. I expect city noise but I don't like hearing maids yell across the hallway. There is about an inch and a half gap under the door that allows you to hear everything that goes on in the hall. This made it possible for me to hear the drunk people outside my door at 3 in the morning.
Friendliness and efficiency of staff assistance was excellent.
Rooms didn't allow for control of temperature in the room, only fan speed, not A/C. Considering the current landscape, free WiFi should be standard.
Good service, efficient check in/out process, clean facility, executive floor comes with complimentary breakfast and hors d'oeuvre/snack in the evening and wifi, spacious room
A bit far from the center (downtown, Centennial Olympic Park and Georgia World Congress Center)
