To pay for wifi
Very noisy and interconnecting rooms meant that if you had noisy neighbours you could hear every thing that was happening.
Bed was very comfy
The staff was nice but that guy name josh when I asked for a mgr stated he was got smart and cut me off when I was speaking did this whole other guest was standing waiting totally was the worst hotel experience with staff I have ever had no microwave in rooms asked if some one could warm my mothers food because she was I'll and hadn't eaten I was told I could rent one for $25 over priced I couldve gotten better service at a least expensive hotel....will never staff again
The lady at front desk she was nice and pleasant and view was beautiful at night
constant noise from nearby interstate can make it difficult to sleep... woken up by traffic
good location. clean.
waiting for the elevators no refrigerator for my medication
staff was friendly clean hotel property was amazing for the price
Staff was perfect. Always willing to answer questions and had a great mood toward everything. Very respectful as well. Loved being there
Parking too high
No free WiFi (who does that nowadays), no free continental breakfast (only on the executive floor, I was told), no refrigerator (could make a few more dollars here if there was a stocked fridge with drinks) and no microwave (not a big deal but just want to mention).
Overall customer service from the staff was slightly better than good but it didn't make up for the things that I didn't like about my stay. Paid for valet parking - a difference of $8 from self-parking.
More sound carried over from other rooms than I expected, especially late at night
Perfect location, very professional staff, attractive room
Parking is a problem, so you must pay. Need stairs to Trader Vic's.
Our view was great from the 23rd floor. Entire hotel is non-smoking. Liked Trader Vic's (a classic). Connects to other hotels, malls etc via covered walkways. Close to Atlanta Underground, Capital, etc.
due to location of bedroom there was a lot of noise from the hotel lifts and the surrounding road/ buildings
Order room service my food did not come correct and They did not bringme nothing else
The WiFi was not included in the room rate.
The hotel was nice. It was only a for minute walk from my meeting and I was able to walk to and from without paying additional parking fees.
The painting around the bottom of the big overview window needs more detail. Remove small piece of plastic from shower inlet. Clean the vent in the shower. The lamp that is on the desktop but near overview window plugs are very loose. I thought my phone was charging but it wasn't. Did not like paying $32 for valet parking. My regular F-150 truck could not fit in the self-service parking.
The view of the everything was wonderful. The ice machines worked. The elevator was smooth and not jumpy. The front revolving door was clean and quiet. The pool looks great from the top. I enjoyed my stay.
What I didn't like was I had to pay everytime I left the parking garage, and I had to pay for WiFi. I feel if I'm staying at your hotel, you should at least give free wifi or free parking or at least some type of discount on the parking. One of the parking elevators did not work, everyday there was leaking water in the underground parking which caused puddles of water.
The room was clean
For the price there should be a microwave in every room in the hotel my room was $130 for one night and it didn't have a microphone, when I asked about on they said u could rent one for $25 a night... Very disappointing..... Not to mention they preauthorized $35 on my car for whatever reason then took out the room cost pulse valet parking, I was told it would be back on my card when I check out 4 days later n still nothing
Rooms were nice
My request for Micro/Fridge was not there when I arrived. Had to wait for them to find one. When they did bring the items they were dirty and microwave had someone's half eaten pizza in it. I was grossed out, needless to say I didn't use those items.
Proximity of food activities and freeway
Paying for wifi. Pool closed without explanation
roof top restaurant was fantastic. Best food we had in usa. Reasonable prices too.
Several things disappointed me - 1.Room smelled like cigarette smoke 2.bathroom door would not stay closed 3. no clean towels and ones I had hung to dry and re-use were taken - I called twice and was told 20-30 minutes. Finally gave up after an hour and a half and put out the "do not disturb". Wakened after 12:30 a.m. by loud banging on the door. By the time I go there, no one and no towels. Not happy at 5:30 AM. 4. Coffee cups but no lids and stirrers replaced on second day - can't walk 7 blocks with sloshing coffee. 5. Roommate said personal make up items missing. 6. Tried to use "Zip Out" check out but line was busy - three times then realized I'd been charged for valet park instead of self so I had to see front desk 7. In a hurry to check out and get to event but person was very rude and answered the phone several times while helping me - never asked me anything about my stay. 8.I asked about turning in key after I left parking garage and was told no problem but I couldn't get out of garage because he checked me out. You can't get out if you don't have a room key. Again, another delay in getting to a scheduled event.
Price was reasonable for event stay.
The water in the bathroom was very hard on my skin. Housekeeping took too long to bring extra towels. When I reserved my room, it said free parking; however, this doesn't include vehicles over 6 ft. I paid $32 a night for valet parking which wasn't planned. On my last day there, the valet attendent brought my vehicle but failed to leave my keys. I had to wait several extra minutes for him to return. He was apologetic, but overall I wasn't pleased with my stay at the Hilton.
newer type building. good matress
Everything was wonderful.
You have to pay to stay!! We had to pay for parking, wifi, a microwave and fridge!!! For the cost of the room some things should be included
