Nothing Hotel old and jaded needs referbishment. Breakfast in executive lounge is awful you get better in a holiday inn. Never had to pay for drinks in any executive lounge so it's not wort paying extra for. Overpriced and basic never stay there again

Excellent location I book a king size bed, arriving at the hotel they give me a room with double beds, have to call for a change of rooms, they give me another one, when I enter the second room we still have a double bed, they switch me again to another room, finally with a king bed but on the 11 floor, open the window and the air machine on the roof blocking al the view, we didn't want to change again. Valet parking not enough people working, the second night we stay there we had a reservation in a nice restaurant 10 min walking from the hotel, because of the heavy dinner we need it to take our car, it took 27 min to got the car, we lost our reservation for dinner The a/c on the room was not working properly. The toilet was not flushing properly. Need it to send on email with files from my computer, but the Internet is not complementary... 14 dlls to send one email... It should be include on the room rate. I prefer to know is complementary even of I pay for it on the room rate than everything is extra. I would not stay again there & I don't recommend it to my friends. Bad experience.

I liked the location because it was directly across from the convention center and I was attending a conference. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to wait for my room to be ready. The cost of the room per night was very high.

I thought that the location was great- so close to downtown, 6th street, and the Rainey district. The hotel was nice and clean, really comfortable bed and the shower was nice, good pressure. I was disappointed that the pool was closed and there weren't many alternatives. We also were not told ahead of time, or by the front desk, just a note on our desk. We could use a pool at a different hotel, but I wasn't sure where that was.

The hotel is conveniently located to downtown Austin. The staff is professional. The hotel is too expensive. The rooms are around $275/night + $25 Parking + $15 Internet per day, per device + $25 Tax. Therefore, your really spending $340 per night. At that price you might as well stay at the W Hotel located down the street which is about the same price.

The only negative was the group of young kids in their 20's that were all piled in one room next to us. They were up till at least 3:00am being extremely rowdy and disruptive. We called security twice. They did come up to their room but it did not really help.

The view of 6th Street, the comfort of the room. Austin is my home state, and I did enjoy being back, and overall I enjoyed my stay. The bathroom door got locked from the inside, but the engineer was prompt to repair it. I could not get my car valet parked in the AM before I was to check out, and there was no offer to assist. The hallway of the 14th floor smelled of smoke (illegal), and otherwise. The carpet appeared to need cleaning.

The location was great! Very close to 6th Street and walking distance to The Capitol. The staff was very helpful. It can get noisy because of the location but its just a perk of being so close to everything I guess.

Location, staff, food in liberty tavern and coffee at java jive No hairdryer, I couldn't turn off climate for some time, although it was extremely cold and the worst thing was that some things are really old and seems like no one looks for that: guys for a 4-star Hilton it's a shame to put old towels with holes....

Booking at the Hilton was the worst experience I've ever had booking a hotel... If you've got a question regarding anything, and I do mean anything, reaching someone who will either have the answer by phone is impossible and don't even dare sending an email because they won't reply, ever. If you've got plenty of time to book a hotel, meaning days not hours, the Hilton is a good option otherwise refrain from anything having to do with the Hilton.

The staff went above and beyond to provide me excellent service. I received some breakfast coupons (b/c I had switched from a non- smoking to a smoking room), but could not use them because I had work conference calls in the morning. I went to the reception in an attempt to change them over to lunch vouchers, and the representative understood my situation and replaced the breakfast voucher for lunch ones. Kudos to the staff! When I requested to have the highest possible floor for my room, the person who checked me in gave me floor 12, which is one of the lowest for guests to stay.

Staff was nice. When we arrived there was no valet parking, it was full. The room they gave us was a business suite with a king bed rolled in, furniture moved around. Made two bedrooms out of one. we went to dinner and were told to park under the hotel, after spending twenty minutes looking for a spot the hotel lot was full. Very disappointed in the planning for the amenities on a weekend that I know was busy due to the Livestrong marathon. Felt we were treated like some hicks by placing a bed in the business side of a business suite. Like we wouldn't notice. The staff was pleasant enough and appreciate their efforts but still feel the management should be ashamed. Don't know if we will be back. Don't know if we can refer anyone to your hotel. We live in Dripping Springs and do this a time or two a year just to have a mini vacation for the night. You guys tok the fun out of it.
