the room was amazingly clean. waitstaff was very friendly. they came back at a more reasonable time for us. ordered room service and they were fast and prompt. front desk very nice. check in/out was a smooth process the location is kind of far from the downtown area. if you do not have a car i would not recommend it. however driving the downtown area is 15 minutes away

Printing files was not correctly described in literature in the room, resulting in at least an hour of lost time. instructions said print copies were in business center, in fact they were at front desk.

The location is excellent to and from the airport and for meeting up with friends either in the city or on the outskirts. The Hotel has a feeling of being "well used"...My room was missing a full length mirror and housekeeping skipped a day of cleaning (which I paid for in my initial booking...). And the hallways were stuffy and there is just a a general feeling that for a Hilton, the standard could be hired. AT breakfast, one morning, I felt rushed to get in and out as the head "Host" was anxious... He was evidently, pocketing the wait staff's tips (as he did mine for the poor woman who actually waited my table...) I expected more from a Hilton Hotel....
