The stay was absolutely fantastic, the food there was incredible and the rooms were fantastic. The staff seemed genuinely interested in our group and made us feel welcome at all times.
There were only a few problems with our actual hotel room, one being that the carpet in our room had a red stain near the bathroom and the carpet was torn up near the entrance. Also our shower during the final day had seemed to clog up so water began to pool.
It was far enough that I felt I was away but close enough to where I needed to be.
That the walls are thin
The bed king size really comfortable.
The on thing is didn't understand was that they didn't provide toothpaste in our room. That shouldve been provided without me having to go to the front desk and inquire. They told me they would have room service bring some up but never did.

Everything about the Hotel was excellent
I love the location and from the front desk to the housekeeping staff are incredibly friendly and even requested 2 extra pillows and the manager or head of housekeeping was at my door within 10 minutes of my request that I called down to the front desk. I'm very happy with my stay and thank you very much.
I can't say there is anything I did not like.

From check in (Van really helped us with our booking) to our breakfast in the restaurant (Constantin was a great communicator), everything apart from the swimming pool was great. The exceptionally large fitness area was welcomed by us.
Small swimming pool with a large tile surround that is extremely dangerous when wet. We saw a guest fall over and he looked uncomfortable.

if the hotel may provide a comb in the room next time, even it's a cheap plastic one, that will be perfect.
Loved the free shuttle to the Amtrak station and being able to leave my car there. Pool was really nice and relaxing.
Food was so-so. Would have like to see newspaper delivered to the room in the morning.
staff were very helpful especially Bryan at the front desk who was top class
could hear the tv from the room above me a few nights which was a bit distracting but apart from that everything was very good

I was extremely disappointed that the jacuzzi was out of order. I book my hotels usually based on pools and jacuzzi because of medical needs and when I discovered it wasn't in use I was quiet upset.
Past experiences at this hotel had been excellent.
Refrigerator and TV not connected After asking for assistance, the help thought a connection was made but in fact this was not done. Upon returning to the room several hours later a second call to the desk brought satisfactory help. Tub in the bathroom had a back-up of filth.

the plumbing needed repairs. the sink appeared clogged and the bath pipe had a constant leak.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The door wouldn't open with all keys tried. Given 2nd room that was dirty with broken ac and mosquitoes. Given 3rd room a little cleaner than 2nd room, but again with broken ac and mosquitoes.
They paid for my room at the holiday inn. I had to go back for 2nd night and that room was nice.
Arrived close to 1am and went up to my room to find it musty and with the window open, moths on the wall. Closed the window and went to turn on the a/c and it was broken. Maintenance came up and said they couldn't fix it. They had no other rooms for me and at 1:30am I was headed to another hotel.
