Room, breakfast and location
Location, staff. Quietness of room
The help at the hotel where a 10 all of them great staff.
have to pay for internet
The location was the best part.
I hated that you had to pay for Internet, wifi should be free. It felt like they wanted to charge you for every little thing.
Front door valet parking
rooms very small, no closet, no free wifi, restaurant no lunch menu, lobby old and small
839 am housekeeping vacuuming outside my door . Then at 9 they knock . How about waiting until I check out? Woke me up I was so mad. I would never go back or recommend this hotel to anyone.
I was travelling for business and the location of this hotel in the Financial District was excellent and very convenient. I found all the staff to be exceedingly helpful and friendly. The room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet.
I ordered room service the first night I arrived and when it came the soup and sandwich was only luke-warm and the fries were soggy (I didn't eat them). I was not overly impressed with the quality or the price of the breakfast menu at the hotel restaurant, Nix's Mate, but it was ok (although not great for vegetarians).
Convenient location, very comfortable bed, nice restaurant, clean, friendly staff. Class all around.
Second visit would have been third visit but last time the price was like $400!
Comfy hotel, friendly staff and nice clean hotel in just the right location for me.
parking cost is absurd... I arrived early and paid a total of $64 for one day. Post Office square garage two blocks away is $35.
I liked everything...the staff was very courteous and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave.
There was nothing I didn't like
Staff was great very helpful and pleasant
Rooms are small 350 square ft
Location Door staff couldn't have been more helpful and polite Very comfy bed
Wifi was an extra cost
We arrived early and did not know the options for us. Our room was ready and we were able to check in early. The concierge helped us with every step of the way. He gave great recommendation for places to eat and directions to get around Boston. He definitely helped elevate our experience from an average experience to a 5 star experience.
Believe it or not my only negative was the beds were too soft. Being use to a firm bed it.
Location, convenience and price
the lobby was beautiful.
the view on the 15th floor was terrible.
The location was fantastic. We had an issue with the room (the window wouldn't close and let in a freezing draft), and when we called the front desk (expecting our "friend") instead we got a wonderful front desk person, Andrew. He was friendly, apologetic, gave us a new room, the wifi password as a courtesy, and was available for anything we needed. He is truly a gem and I hope the manager at the Hilton knows what a treasure Andrew is!
Our first impression of the hotel was great, but upon check in we encountered the surliest concierge alive. She didn't even greet us, demanded to see id, and then gave us the room keys without saying a word as to the amenities available or even which direction to go when we got off the elevator! No courtesy. Also, there were 3 of us, but both nights of our stay the housekeeping left us 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner, so we had to go out and buy our own. We expected a bit more of a Hilton.
The bed was very comfortable and the attached restaurant/bar was nice.
I could not access wifi from my room and the lights attached to the bed's headboard did not work.
Lounge and restaurant were very nice.
Made reservations six weeks in advance for a deluxe king room, when I checked in there were none available. If I reserved one how could this happen? Pillows on the bed were small and not comfortable
location, helpful and friendly staf
noisy heating system
Great location and staff. Within walking distance of major sites and city centre.
Great location close to downtown. Room clean and comfy bed
Our room heater was not working sent maintenance twice still not fixed. Had to pay over the roof prices for wifi when every where else is free. Hotel reception not helpful and while staying at hotel there was a fire evacuation and no explanation or communication of what was happening
We walked away from our breakfast... it was absolutely terrible !!!
Very well located Very clean Friendly helpful staff Would probably stay there again
Pillows were too soft and bed was too firm No free breakfast No free in room Wi Fi Room a little small with a huge bathroom
