Our room was in a poor condition (not at the level of a 4-star hotel): paint was pealing off doors, a door knob was missing, the hair drier was probably from the 1980's. The wifi connection was expensive and slow. Water condensated on the windows, and the air in the room was very, very humid (even though it was April!).
Location was ok. The bed was comfortable. The men working at the concierge desk were very child-friendly and helpful.

Checked in at 10:30 so I could get to a morning meeting. Valet parking is $49.00 and because I checked in early, I was charged another $15.00.
My room reservation was not in the system. The Front Desk Manager called booking.com right away and confirmed my reservation and discounted room rate.

We had a great experience during our stay at this Hilton. All the staff was so attentive and helpful, especially the doorman, Ed. Ed made sure we were comfortable in our room and was always helpful with information and getting us cabs. He made us feel like family. We looked forward to seeing him and chatting with him every day. The location of this Hilton was amazing. It was a short drive from the airport. We were able to hop on the Freedom Trail within minutes. We walked everywhere from the hotel. The hotel itself was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff could work on being more friendly, though the director of the front desk was lovely, some of her staff could work on it. The bar'staff was the worst. I felt like I was disturbing at times. Shocking in a 4 star

The phone was not working. The noise of the heaters' engines was extremely noisy and they were situated right outside my room.
One receptionist called "Kamel" was so helpful to me during my stay.

Paper thin walls and after running for about 5 mins, the fan made a sound like a jack hammer. I tried to drown out the sound of the guy screaming on his phone all night (which I heard Chrystal clear, word for word) with the fan, but that wasn't possible. As a new hilton honors member, I'm concerned and have a bit if buyers remorse after my stay here.

I hated that you had to pay for Internet, wifi should be free. It felt like they wanted to charge you for every little thing.

839 am housekeeping vacuuming outside my door . Then at 9 they knock . How about waiting until I check out? Woke me up I was so mad. I would never go back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

I ordered room service the first night I arrived and when it came the soup and sandwich was only luke-warm and the fries were soggy (I didn't eat them). I was not overly impressed with the quality or the price of the breakfast menu at the hotel restaurant, Nix's Mate, but it was ok (although not great for vegetarians).
I was travelling for business and the location of this hotel in the Financial District was excellent and very convenient. I found all the staff to be exceedingly helpful and friendly. The room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet.

parking cost is absurd... I arrived early and paid a total of $64 for one day. Post Office square garage two blocks away is $35.
