Great bed, friendly staff, looked great, very clean, and nice view.
Hard to connect to WiFi and no corded internet. They didn't have many tv stations most of which were fuzzy. Also the open pool left the main areas smelling like pool.

It was a bit far from Boston but it worked alright with the commuter train and then the subway.

The staff in the morning shift at restaurant. Our waitress slammed the coffee pot down, after we had to wait with others because there were NO clean tables. Menu was extremely over priced. Serving spoons were inside of fruit bowl...how many people have touched that spoon? Learn customer service!!! that goes to restaurant manager that 10/25 morning, especially.
This was our first time staying at this hotel, the room was clean, staff was really nice, pool was nice size for my children to swim in. Our over all experience was great! Would recommend this hotel very highly
The hotel was clean and neat with ample staff to help with late afternoon check-in.
Getting out of the hotel onto Washington St. to go anywhere at rush hour was nearly impossible. Even with a traffic light, the lanes were so full you could not get into them. We finally went right & on into Reading to try to get to Winchester and Medford. very frustrating.
Location was excellent.Easy access to Boston and Salem. Comfortable and pleasant accommodations. Staff friendly, courteous and extremely accommodating and helpful. Great value for price.

Stuff that was not ours under the bed...makes you wonder about the cleaning... Non-working fan... We had to ask two times before it was fixed Non flushing toilet
The hotel was very clean and up to date. The bed was very comfortable. The location was nice, close to Boston and Salem. The front desk staff were helpful and professional.
Our neighbors food trays were left in our hallway for 48 hours -yuck & the cleaners blocked the hallway with carts so we couldn't get past them w/our luggage. The food was not impressive but there were a lot of nice restaurants near us. Cars blocked the hotel exit on both sides one day so we were forced to exit the 1 way entrance. I was surprised that nothing was done about that. A mini fridge would have been great I didn't see an option to upgrade for one when we booked.
Our overall stay was very nice, staff was friendly and helpful.
I didn't like the fact that a taxi was do expensive from the hotel to the city.

- the hotel is located at Woburn, 20 km distance from Boston; a shuttle is provided by the hotel till the train station (thecteain costs $ 12 per person and it takes 1/2 hour) -Leaving the hotel, I settled the check by a mean of payment different from that used in reservation, and I had some problems with the card itself(solved by the intervention of Booking(

When we arrived soo early Sully & Melissa said our room was ready & let us check in then! Also got us easy directions & a shuttle to Train station...soo helpful,kind & patient which is harder to come by especially if you're not staying at a $1,000 a night hotel : ) they definitely made the hotel part of the stay great!
The drain in the shower did not drain.Some of the ice machines not working & complimentary coffee was no where to be found but did have in room.The pool had hair clumps around the deck area which were there the next day still along with all the used towels still on the chairs, etc...

First room was dirty (bathroom tile was disgusting and the side vent was covered in dust) and dusty, besides the vent the dresser holding the TV had dust behind the TV that was very visible when sitting at the desk. Even though the second room was less dirty, it still wasn't the same quality of a Hilton room (two examples: the coffee maker had no cups, but there was a lid for the cup laying on the coffee maker and there was no robe in the closet - even though there was one in the original dirty room we were given). The service in the breakfast area could be better, from being more attentive to patrons, to making sure there is syrup and food in the buffet area Traffic can make this a very difficult trip into the city

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very accomodating. The location is great since it is about 20-30 minutes from downtown (depending on traffic)
The shower curtain had a little bit of mold on it. We requested a room away from the pool and bar area and would definitely recommend that if you're a light sleeper.
The pool was very nice, warm to boot. The room was well laid out and comfortable.
Two rows of parking spaces were roped off for no apparent reason. However there was still pleanty of parking in the rear of the hotel.

1- The gross overcharge as the rate was quoted at $119 and you billed $159 or $169. 2- THE LACK OF A BILL AT 5:30 IN THE MORNING, with the lame stupid excuse that the system was allegedly down, which smells of a mini conspiracy to GROSSLY OVER CHARGE (??????!!!!!???) WHEN I CHECKED OUT AND NO BILL UNDER THE DOOR THAT TRADITIONALLY HILTON ALWAYS DOES. 3- Kitchen closed at 11 and at 3 minutes after 11, I had to go and eat an ice cream cone for dinner, with zero signage when it closes.
The room is spacious and very comfortable. Quiet environment. The front office staffs are very nice. Although the location is far from the Boston, we appreciate the free shuttle service provided by Mr Jerry & Mr Mbrack. They are courteous and friendly. Appreciation also goes to restaurant Manager Mr Mui for his kindness.
