Paid wifi Living in Korea I've been spoiled. Speed was slower and it wasn't free.
The Staff at the Hilton Are Outstanding!
The room was nice and ammenities!
The whole set up! Check in, drive your car across the street to the parking garage(very low ceilings), get to the second floor to walk way, enter Hotel just to realize your at the Convention Center and you have to walk clear around it past the restaurant to just get to the elevators!!! A note was slipped under the door telling us we could leave our door cards in the room to later find out we couldnt get out of the parking garage without one! Very inconvienent! It was our 30th Anniversary! Alot of money for a one night stay!
Close location to Branson Landing.
Beds were not very comfortable, rooms were very dusty.Could not find my booking.com reservation. Then was overcharged.
Location was perfect! Rooms were clean, pretty and big!
Bathrooms needs fans. Indoor pool area smelled like strong odor of chlorine.
Well appointed.. always clean... great mattress.. very nice staff.
Sadly this location does not provide WIFI... was supposed to work in the lobby but would continually try to open the pay site... made a classy place look cheap. Was free everywhere else in town so was no problem.
I liked the location and the hotel was within walking distance of several shopping locations and dining areas
The room was spacious!
Didn't expect to have to pay extra to park.
the staff and even the cleaning staff was so very courteous.
I paid for a queen size bed and when I questioned the front desk about it they told me that it was called a California Queen which it typically smaller. I wish that was explained to me on the internet. secondly was that the room was terrible dirty. There was place's in the room that had a 1/8 layer of dust on picture frames an lamp shades. Thirdly is that there are so many other hotels that offer a full breakfast buffet to the guest. for being one of the most expensive hotel in the area, I would think that you would offer that service. Parking fee was shown to me on the web site at 8 dollars a day. when I got there is was 10. An updated website would have been nice.
LOCATION WAS GREAT
T V DID NOT WORK AND THEY NEVER REPLACED IT OR FIX IT. THE ATTENDANT WAS RUDE WHEN I REPORTED THE PROBLEM.
The staff had no idea that a race was going on or that there were associated events in the attached convention center. One person was trying to check in over 15 people and was completely incompetent. Rooms were not ready until couple hours after check-in despite being a Saturday during busy part of year when an event was going on. Staff was clueless, not helpful, disorganized and not competent to do job. When I finally got a room, cleaning staff were meandering around the floor in no hurry, and I could hear frantic front desk staff on walkies/radio asking if they needed help because they had 4 housekeeping staff downstairs doing nothing. All of the wait was for a room with hair in the drain of shower, pubic hair in corner of shower and less than stellar accommodations. Not up to par with Hilton brand. Checkout was a joke so I went to desk to verify and girl still said I was checked out but looked confused. I have extra charges pending that should be fun to get off my bill, and my friend needed a room for another night. The staff were so hapless that after attempting to book a room (because there is no way they could have simply extended another night on a dead, empty Sunday night in Branson) and being quoted $100 higher than online and told clerk could do nothing about it and that manager was at another property across the street, we left, booked a room for Sunday night online on a phone, walked back in and checked in for $100 less per night. And no free wifi. Do not stay here! There are many nice hotels, B&Bs, etc within walking distance.
The location of this hotel was perfect for us. We met up with my husband's sister and brother in law and we were given awesome rooms with a balcony and a beautiful view. The staff was very courteous and helpful unlike the Hilton in Nashville where we stayed a few weeks prior. The staff at Branson Hilton helped restore our faith in Hilton Hotels. We would definitely stay there again. And we had plenty of hot water despite what other reviews stated. It was a great trip. So glad we chose the Hilton Convention Center Hotel at Branson Landing.
There was nothing we did not like. Our visit was perfect.
The staff was excellent and very friendly and accommodating.
I went with a group of my girl friends to do some shopping and relaxing so we spent about an hour in the evening hanging out in the hot tub. We asked a passing staff member one evening if he could possibly turn up the temperature of the hot tub. We were aware it was an outdoor hot tub and the outside temperature was chilly but we we weren't complaining, just asking. The man treated us like under aged hooligans that had no right to ask and made sure to ask us our age before he left. Moments later, another staff member, probably a manager came out and said he had a complaint and was required to deal with us. He also proceeded to talk to us in a demeaning manner. We were very upset that we were treated like we were not valued or paying guests, especially when we had all been planning and saving to stay here. It dampened our overall experience because we left feeling like we were treated differently because we were between the ages of 18-21.
The room was nice as was the entire facility.
Self Parking. Location to too far from hotel and exit mechanism did not work properly, had to call the desk twice to get out of garage. Valet parking was great but too expensive.
