The front desk staff were rude!

The manner in which the blotched booking was corrected. The staff, especially Katherine, was knowelgable, and possesed the ability to correct issues on the spot themselves. The entire staff is professional and gracious.

What I did not like had nothing to do with the Hilton Burlington, my issue was with booking.com

room was small and had a limited lake view

A great view lakeside, we were on the top floor. Only two blocks down to a good sea food restaurant.

My only small criticism was that the windows of our room were dirty, but we were 7 floors up and it was early season.

Comfortable bed and clean room. Used Hilton Honors Points for the room.

When I checked in on Friday afternoon, the person at the check in desk was not very friendly and didn't ask me if I needed information about parking my vehicle. He also booked me into a handicap room with a view of the parking garage. I was there for only one night so that wasn't really a big issue.

I loved it all. I was bumped up to a king-sized bed at check-in.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Shower was good. Poland Spring in room, nice touch! Great blowdryer! Once I found it...don't hide it in closet.

1. Overcharged for room. Took about 20 minutes to correct. 2. Walls are paper thin. Couple in next room had fight and we felt as though we were a part of it. 3. Awakened by barking dog in hotel. 4. Awakened by bed alarm going off, that I didn't set. 5. Housekeeping left door ajar -was proped open when we got in at midnight. Very unnerving!!! 6. Breakfast was good - but EXTREMELY pricey!

The staff was friendly and access to parking was convenient.

The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. This was a great location for our purpose of going to Burlington. Close to all down town pubs, and great restrurants.

I paid for two rooms, over 300.00 each. The description for the rooms were city views, etc. only one of the rooms had a georgous view of the Lake and mountains and was very luxious. The other one was a view of the parking garage and very small for the price that I paid for the room. I felt that both of the rooms should have had the same space/room/views.

The view of the lake from the room was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable.

Too many kids in the spa area.

The room accommodations were outstanding.

Activity in the Hall during the early evening was quite loud. Shouldn't doors be sound gasketed at such a premier hotel?

Location facing Lake Champlain. The person at the desk made us an offer of $15 per night additional and we got a room facing on the lake.

I found that having to pay $10.00 per day for WiFi (I didn't) was a total RIPOFF (wake up - Hilton you can get it FREE at McDonald's ! ! !). You also have to pay $10.00 per day for parking. Other then that, we enjoyed our stay.

Too expensive for a tiny room. We didn't like to find a durty sock under the seat.

Cant stay too often because of the price, but an occasional splurge is ok.

Staff was very accomodating, modern comfortable room, terrific location and lake view. Convenience of the airport shuttle was also good.

Lack of complimentary services such as computer/internet use outside of room and no continental breakfast, and the situation of the heating vent in the corner rooms. When the heat wasn't running, the cool continuous air coming from the vent faced directly on the bed, which did not allow for even temperature.

I found the continental breakfast offered with the cost to be a great inclusion that exceeds all other places we have stayed. Do not change what was offered.

I was disappointed that I asked for a city view room when I made the reservations and the view was actually of the parking garage and other lower level parts of the buildings that abut the garages. I was also disappointed to know that we were charged an additional $10.00 for parking in the garage that turned out to be owned by the city and that no spots were available as part of the Hilton property. Lastly: The shower curtains are not practical as they both absorbed water from the shower and leaded onto the bathroom floor leaving a large puddle that took a large towel to absorb. That type of water could lead to mold problems if left to continue. Overall it was a good stay for the money.

Always good. Have attended meetings, etc, breakfast all good.

Lovely, comfortable spacious room with a great view of the lake.

I wish the pool had had a changing room, I didn't fancy my way back to my room dripping wet and wrapped in a towel as I saw 2 other people doing.
