Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport    

Staff was very friendly and helpful, great location if your catching a plane 1st thing in the morning or u just wanna check your bags in and chill in the room until your flight..

The rooms where not what I expected as I payed for a suite... The carpet looked like it needed replacing and a good clean...

Clean and comfortable room. Front desk attendant was nice when checking in. super convenient to have the blue line within walking distance, made our trip into the city easy and hassle free.

In order to catch a cab we had to go behind the hotel into the terminal pick up for the airport. A bit inconvenient in that aspect.

The hotel was very clean and neat. Housekeeping staff were kind as well.

There should be at least 15 minutes of temporary parking for those checking in. My sister was in town and I used my personal vehicle as transportation to O'Hare and the Hilton. I arrived to the hotel a few hours before my sister's flight landed and decided to check in. The valet attendant stated that if I did not move my car, it would be towed immediately and there is nothing he can do. Understanding the location is onsite/at an airport, if possible the Hilton may consider a 15 minute grace period in order to check in or possibly 1 to 2 parking spots for that reason. After checking in, I parked in the economy lot considering valet was full.

Close to the airport, simply walk from terminal 2 to the hotel via an underground walkway, very convenient.

Cost is a little high, but worth it for the location to the airport.

Excellent location for late night arrivals at O'Hare. Underground walkway from terminal to hotel and then to airport subway the next day. Couldn't have been easier.

The whole hotel really needs to be upgraded. It looks more like a 1970's hotel.

Having to pay for parking when your staying at the hotel. NEVER AGAIN.

Stop over to await early flight the next morning. Very convenient to airport, and able to just walk from late night flight to hotel and back to airport the next morning.

Next to the terminals

Location is very good for who is on connection flight thru Chicago. Eventhrought it is inside of the airport, they do have free shuttle service to terminals, so you don't have to carry the luggages and taking the airport train.

No free wi-fi at room...have to stay at the lobby area to do internet stuffs... The bath tub sink was not working well.

Location is great if you need an airport hotel It's clean, you will find everything you would expect from a Hilton in the rooms No need to worry about the noise from the planes - sound isolation is superb Lots of tv channels to choose from

The shower control was a little broken, which made it difficult to set the water temperature right The aircon was not working - it was cold outside though so didn't really matter too much Breakfast and other additional items were a little pricey - but again, nothing unexpected at Hilton

We loved being connected to the airport so getting shuttled with luggage was not needed. Having the L to go downtown was nice!

The room was a bit tight with four suitcases. Not ver roomy but the convenience of the hotel and it being connected to the airport outweighed the smallness of the room.

It was quite close to the airport. Check-in was very easy and fast, so tired travellers don't wait too long. Very convenient.

Very convienent to the airport, as i had an early flight. Didn't hear alot of outside airport noise.

Unfortuately, we were in a room next to the elavators and heard them coming and going all night

Noisy room . We could here hallway and elevator noise and water in plumbing all night. Airport hotel didn't have amenities for travellers without luggage. We were diverted to Chicago and didn't have a hairbrush. Our room was ok but needed a good refurbishing (peeling wallpaper water damage on ceiling. More of a 2 star than anything, price was high for that.

Good staff. Nice little sports bar. So easy to walk through the tunnel from the airport to the hotel - I did not see that as hotel info and it should be highlighted.

Great hotel except for the noise all through the night, sounded like construction Left my scarf i the sports bar and had hoped it would be at the hilton lost and found but nowhere to be found.

no value for money. paid 40 USD for a bowl of cereal, juice and a piece of toast! and reception was unfriendly.

it is really close to the airport. Room is comfortable and makes you feel OK.
