Close to O'Hare International Airport and providing free 24-hour airport shuttles, this hotel offers on-site dining options along with guestrooms furnished with microwaves and refrigerators.
Score from 208 reviews Very good
Just one mile from Allstate Arena and 5 minutes from Chicago O'Hare International Airport, this all-suite hotel offers free shuttle service to/from the airport, and in-room Wi-Fi.
Score from 149 reviews Very good
The Comfort Inn O'Hare hotel is located less than two miles from the O'Hare International Airport, Allstate Arena and the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.
Score from 150 reviews Good
This hotel is 1.5 miles from the Chicago O'Hare International Airport, and it offers a free shuttle service. This Rosemont hotel features an indoor pool with a separate children’s pool and free Wi-Fi....
Score from 336 reviews Very good
Mold/black stains in the creases of the shower curtains and dust bunnies under the bed and along the baseboards and behind chair/tables in the rooms. Maids sometimes walked the hallways talking too loudly. Translation, that is inconsiderate, disturbs peace and tranquility. However, the location is USA so loud talking is considered normal here. Although, I still find it to be rude and inconsiderate of others.
Cleanliness and comfortable
Staff was not helpful, tried to order room service at 1:45 a.m. (just returned from Garth Brooks concert)...no one answered the phone till after 2:10 - then we couldn't order a glass of wine! WAS NOT HAPPY!!!!
Direct access to airport terminals and to CTA Metro Blue Line into Chicago. Good sized, comfortable well equipped rooms. Free wifi in lounge, bard and restaurants. Couple of on-site eating places at reasonable cost. Free to use Apple computers and printing in the lounge area.
Paying for wi-if access in bedrooms.
That you could walk to the hotel from the Airport
Convenient to get into city centre.
No internet in rooms - need to pay for it in bedroom.
Shauna at check in who was so helpful to us. Location of hotel and the fact we could walk from arrivals to hotel without going outside.
No fridge or WiFi in room and had to pay to park.
Very easy for overnight layover. Staff EXCELLENT and gave us extended late checkout which made our late departure the next day to Beijing MUCH easier.
The location is very convenient as it is only two stops on the airport transit from the arrivals terminal and right opposite departures.
Usual rather dated Hilton decor and bathrooms. Usual expensive and very ordinary food.
Fast service and friendly staff
Close to airport. Comfortable
The Booking.com has given the room cost as 174 dollar. But Hilton at Chicago O'Hare International Airport has charged 223 dollar from the credit card and given the receipt of 174 dollar as per the booking amount. It is a Clear Case of malpractice and cheating. Despite repeated requests they have not bothered to provide clarification or refund or proper revised receipt of the amount charged.
The fact that you have to pay to exercise - the cost of gym installations.
It is an airport hotel - had all of the basics and is extremely convenient if you have to overnight at O'Hare between flights.
Television didn't work but after traveling for 20 hours we were too tired to care. I thought $20 bucks for a room service hamburger was a little excessive.
Everyone was really nice and helpful.
Bathroom was really small. I felt that housekeeping came really early in the morning.
Convenience to and from airport
Restaurant food not good. Taste and quality do not warrant the price. Presentation of food not attractive. Not enough staff for morning breakfast shift. Breakfast buffet price too high for very limited offerings and choices.
Proximity to airport Quiet Comfortable bed
No hot vegetarian room service options Room not clean -peanut on floor in bedroom. Hair on bathroom floor. Some sort of grime on exterior of shower curtain $20 for my husband and I to use the treadmills. We opted not to. Gym should be included in the room fee structure.
Reserved this hotel because we had a very early morning flight. I thought the noise of planes would make it hard to sleep but the hotel's soundproofing is great, it was quiet. Our king room was very comfortable and spacious.
The price is higher than some comparable hotels in the area, but this is the only one that's just a 5 minute walk to the terminals.
It was across the street from where I walked out of the terminal
The a/c took too long to cool down the room
Good deal at a weekend. Perfect for flyers
Charges for parking Charges for wifi Limited food choices
Since it's across from the terminal, it was very convenient for us to stay and catch our early flight the next day. It was convenient to catch a train to spend a few hours downtown as well.
Restaurant is a bit expensive. Prices comparable to restaurants in airports past security checkpoints.
It is across from O'Hare and a short walk from the Blue Line. Macs are available in the lounge. Being reminded that Hilton's hotels have a great reputation, but one that is rather unearned.
Overpriced. Overrated. The room was tiny and not worth what we paid for it. The pool was out of service, and we had chosen this hotel, in part, for the pool. The convenience food shop on the lobby was supposed to be open from 5am to 10pm, but was inexplicably closed at noon. Perhaps, more staff could be hired with the exorbitant fees charged.
Noisy air conditioning
Room Service was available.
No directional signs in airport. All restaurants close at 11:00 pm except room service. Drinks are outrageously expensive, in the room and the little store downstairs. Food items in Menu are very expensive. The cost of the room was way too expensive for the above reasons. Would not again book at this hotel or recommend to others.
