Small Rooms

Air conditioning didn't work well at all. Newly renovated room but I think they overlooked renovating the a/C. I called the desk, who said they would call back or send someone up, neither happened. Hotel seems very dated at this point, even with the redecorating. Well located but tired.

Location

Was suppose to have a minni bar,but they discontinued. Three food carts greeted us at are room. The duct work for the air conditioner rattled the bed wall. The air conditioner itself did not work. 45$ to park at there facilities .

The location was perfect, for our purpose. The staff was pleasant & professional!

The room was filthy. I am allergic to dust, & there was a 1/4 inch of it on every door frame. I had nose bleeds. It took your management over an 1 hr & 30 mins. To come talk to me. Tried to pacify me with a $25 voucher. They also tried to have the room cleaned prior to me being able to speak with a hotel manager, no the room attendant. I was there due to my daughter's prom. I thought this was an institution. I could have spent the same $ elsewhere. I thought the name (hilton) meant quality. They took half off the room, however, with the dirty ROOM& dingy towels, I don't see where that represents the hilton brand, I grew up with! Thank you. Monique babbs

Good location. Meeters and greeters were good. (Not the desk clerks). Help desk couldn't do enough. Wifi good in lobby.

Deco is truly dreadful. The bathroom and bedroom furniture is over ornate too look expensive but is actually cheap looking. Reception desk staff were more onto processing than smiling and helping. Have to pay for wifi in your room.

Old and very small rooms, no security box, very old hotel and expensive.

The location, comfortable beds, parking available.

We picked this hotel because it had a pool and the pool ended up being closed the days we were there. Also, there were 2 of us in the room but only one decent chair. The desk chair was too low and went back to far so it felt unsafe to sit back in it. Hard to reach the plug to use the coffee pot. Overall we were disappointed in the Hilton and wouldn't stay there again.

impersonal and not cozy. Lack of restaurants and lounges . Too big !

the room was very nice and well put together!

the staff wasn't extremely welcoming. Were rude. Heat in the room was at 65 and when I set it to a higher temperture it took 3 hours to raise 3 degrees.

Good Staff and Excellent location

the parking and wifi were not included in the room cost.

It would be easier to say what I didn't like because almost everything was perfect. The room was spacious the T.V. was like add said, there were no hidden fees, I had a wonderful view, the staff were very friendly, even the woman straightening and cleaning my room was very hospitable. All the door men that I came in contact with were wonderful, helpful and charming.Thank you so much for a great birthday weekend.

The only thing that was somewhat disapointing was the size of the bathtub. I had hoped to take a nice soak in my beautiful room but I couldn't even straighten my legs. I tried anyway but the drian didn't seal properly so the tub would not hold water will. Too bad. :(

The room and hotel had great accomodations and everything was above standard.

The woman at the front desk was rude and not helpful when we checked in. Several of the staff members were unfriendly. We did, however, have great service in the restaurant and also found the sevurity extremely helpful and friendly.

When I called prior to reservation asking about parking rules/regulations in parking structure, the lady answering questions was kind of rude.

It was a last minute reservation and thought the rate was good. The location was wonderful. Very comfortable beds, nice clean room and bathrooms.

Central location

The room was very small for the cost, no one came to clean the room, they overcharged us by $400. We originally booked a double room, but when we got there they said they were out and made us take a single. They then tried to charge us an extra $80 for a roll away bed (which they delivered two hours late).

had my own bathroom and so did my friend. the beds were tops!!!

I absolutely adore the historical preservation of this facility. I spent 2 hours walking around the hotel soaking up the ambiance of days gone by; imagining all the famous presidents, movie stars, and the like who have walked those same hallways and visited those same ball rooms to speak or entertain. You just can't replace that kind of history. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!

Do not change a thing! In fact, the upgrades/renovations that have been made like the bar and grill are almost too contemporary. Many people relish the trip through time.

The staff was great. Never seemed to mind helping Restaurant staff was very good also. Not over the tops but they seemed interested in my questions. I also like my room. It was on a corner, how little problem with train noise but really not enough to bother me. Except for 1 lamp that did not work everything was the sessions and very attractive.

Food including the snacks was a little bit pricey. A mini fridge will be nice in that room. you don't have to fill it just have a refrigerator.

The Bar behind reception was very relaxed and the staff were fantastic

The location was very convenient and the staff was the friendliest I've encountered in a long time.
