it is a relaxing ambiance.The reception staff at the37th floor is very friendly and willing to facilitate all your personal inquieries or sudden problems related to the purpose of the stay.

The location is fabulous and the room size is excellent. Staff were incredibly friendly and the cleanliness of the rooms very good. The executive lounge was very small and the managers daily cocktail party lacking in the food department.

Çok merkezi bir konumu var. Check-out yaparken uçuşum için on-line check-inimi yaptılar. Çok yüksek bir fiyat ödememe rağmen, aradığım konforu bulamadım. Yatağımdaki çarşaf lekeliydi. Banyodaki bardaklardan birinin üzerinde ruj izi vardı. Cep telefonumu şarj etmek istedim, yanımda converter getirmeyi unutmuşum, 44 katlık binanda bir converter yoktu. Kahvaltıda şekerli gıdalar ve meyveden başka bir şey yoktu. Kek, kruvasan gibi şeyler vardı. Son gün check-out yaptıktan sonra uçak saatine kadar bavulumu tutmalarını istedim, bana günlük 3,5 dolar dediler. Ben hayatımda pansiyonlarda bile böyle bir muamele görmedim. Bugüne kadar dünyanın çeşitli yerlerinde onlarca otelde kaldım, hiç ama hiç bavul saklamaya para alan bir otel görmedim. Business centerdan bir sayfalık print almak istedim, 12,5 dolar dediler. Böyle bir şeyi de daha önce görmemiştim.

La localisation de l'hotel est parfaite entre la 5ème et Broadway. Le service est bon et les chambres agréables. Aucune nuisance sonore. Les ascenseurs sont un peu longs à arriver.... il manque d'espace d'assises dans le lobby.

“The room was lovely, extremely spacious which is not to be expected in New York hotels. It was very comfortable, immaculately clean and modern with all the facilities we needed. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of Timesquare and the staff could not have been more helpful, especially the concierge who recommended and booked trips and tickets, made restaurant reservations and helped out when we needed anything, nothing was too much trouble. They even sent a bottle of wine and chocolate coated strawberries to our room when I told them it was my birthday, even better though, they sent a card signed by the concierge team which was so personal and amazing. They all made our stay very special! We would highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting New York.” Michael, Kent |
