The shower did not work properly. The tub did not drain very well poor lighting nothing in the room we needed had to go out of our way to be comfortable with what we needed. Just not what was expected with the money spent. The day of check in was over charged well over 100 dollars. Just not very happy with the stay compared to the price of the room. Will never stay at this hotel again. Staff was polite. Didn't get room cleaned until late that evening. I could have stayed at Hampton inn for half the price and been happier. Thank you for the great booking experience. I enjoyed this more than the hotel.
I wasn't let down in my ongoing expectations of this chain. It's always relaxing, comfortable, and the staff tends to always be quality.

There was nothing about our stay there that we didn't like
Decor- wallpaper was old fashioned and tacky. Booked a king bed. Was told they were out when we got there. Ended with 2 tiny double beds which were not comfortable. North entrance looks like main entrance. We went in those doors. No signs or any indication where main lobby is. Luckily we were a a few minutes from having to walk through a wedding reception with our luggage.

The wi.fi was poor even in the loby
The purpose of our trip was the Easton mall -- in particular American Girl -- this was great as we could walk everywhere, to dinner, to the stores, etc. We also went to the zoo and it was pretty convenient to that too (although there was construction when we were there so it made it a longer trip than we expected).
When we checked in, they gave me my rate card and it was more than $100 than I had booked it for. I didn't have a printout of my reservation with me, and the desk agent told me I'd have to all Booking.com to get it resolved. To me this was a BS response. I went to my room and pulled up the reservation on booking.com and called down to the front desk and spoke to the manager. She had me come down and show her the rate on my phone and then adjusted it. She blamed the computer that "showed both rates" -- again, seemed a BS response to me. Not sure if it was the Hilton, Booking.com, or something else, but felt a little shady to me.
Once in the room you could hear every little noise and conversation in the hall .
They tried to charge us twice for valet parking and when we explained that we had already paid for it the lady checking is out was a little snippy.
The bed was very comfortable.
First time staying in a hilton. I expected a lot more. Especially for $200 for one night.
