Location. Price was nice. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Needed some items from gift shop...ie a razor, toothbrush etc. There is not a gift shop but instead just a small display of a few items.

Great location just minutes from Reagan National, The Pentagon, and convenient to the Metro which will take you anywhere in the DC or Alexandria. Travelers beware... Booking.com indicates that this is a pet friendly hotel but this Hilton does not allow pets. We booked it because we were traveling with pets and were surprised when we checked in that they do not allow pets.

The general environment is nice and the staff very courteous and friendly. The fact that there is no refregerator in the room and no microwave, especailly for booking that is than one night. In other Hiltons that I have stayed there is refregerator and microwave oven in the room of the same pricing.

Sebastiona Lobos? Who cleaned my room was lovely - as were the other domestics who were always cheerful and friendly. The girls in the restaurant were fantastic - Shareeda & the lovely hard-working African- American girl with short hair - what an asset! I screwed up with my bookings and needed urgent assistance - the front desk staff were unhelpful and brusque. When I rang to see if there were any vacancies - the person answering said no and hung up. A problem of my making but they could have been more friendly. I was in Room 708 - the water pressure in the shower was a very low - otherwise all was fantastic - food, service, amenities, etc.

Location only Every guest service was an additional expense. Ie:Internet, food, etc. The pool area and fitness room were closed! The rooms were not cleaned properly. Staff was unfriendly. Will never stay there again!!! Regrets big time.

Im prinzip nichts, es ist alles in schlechtem Zustand. Servicemitarbeiter sind unfreundlich. An der Reception ist von Dienstleistungsgedanken nichts zu spüren. Die Zimmer sind verbraucht. s.o.
