location to airport and price stayed 2 seperate weekends- 2nd weekend the room was not as nice as the 1st weekend- the bathroom shower was tiny and no light in shower- vanity was small and crowded. could hear the elevators running all night. the Restaurant prices were outrages, saw many people walk out after looking at breakfast menu prices. Parking is difficult and Valet Parking added $20 to our bill each stay. Rooms did not have a refrigerator.

Restaurant was good. Food great. Staff very friendly. Window in room was filthy as well as the sitting area outside. Cigarette buts and used tissues by the pool. Spa closed. Empty pizza box and packaging for a sexual aid on the floor of the ice room. Disgusting ! Had wake up call for 3am, called us at 2 am. Made the staff aware and changed rooms. Will never stay again at this location. Did not live up to the Hilton name.

The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. I needed to use the computer to print off my boarding passes, they charge .60 cents a min to use the internet and .65 cents per print. The printer was not working correctly and I needed to re-print a few times and it ended up that I needed to pay $14.00 extra!

The room was nice and the price was the best in the area for access to the airpoirt. The entrance is not clearly marked especiall when arriving at night. Headlights from an adjacent aim directly at you and all you see is a "do not enter" sign due to the angle of the road. We circumnavigated the airport and approached from the other side. Check in was efficient but the lady was not customer friendly. More like an automaton. She only glanced at me once then requested id and credit card and handed me the room key. No dialog. She could have been a robot at disney but they have more personality.

The closeness to the airport was a plus, although difficult to actually get to due to lack of signs. The room we were given smelled moldy. Our clothes smelled moldy for the rest of our trip even though we only stayed one night. If we hadn't gotten in so late we would have asked for another room.

The housekeeper. She was an older lady and what a nice person! She did a great job and it seemed like I always seen her working so hard. For the cost I believe this hotel is overrated. I had several maintenance issues that I reported and I believe she wrote one of the items down. My brother stayed at a near by newer and smaller hotel with the following amenities that I didn't have and mine was at higher price. Flat screen tv, Refrigerator in the room, free parking. My rooms night stand bottom two drawers would not open plus had loose handles, windows were very dirty outside and in between windows, toilet was not secured to floor properly and may have been leaking, Clock radio top was broken, and 110 receptacle by bed was not large enough to accept three plugs: clock, lamp, bed headboard light. The last thing I would mention is that the bar was nice but I felt the price was probably double what I would expect from another local bar of the same quality. I hope this Hilton Hotel is only a bad example of what I used to expect from them.

Shuttle to airport, comfortable bed The door to the room did not close all the way! I could put my pinky finger in the crack of the door. We heard noise in the hallway all night. We did not get any sleep. Unless I get some compensation, I will not stay at a Hilton again.
