Very friendly staff. Nice Hotel Although I wasn't upset by it, both elevator floors were dirty, which I think detracts from the hotel. I thought the next day it would have been cleaned, but it was not.

Staff was awesome... I even sent a thank you note to thank them,... I left my kindle fire in my room, and the concierge was kind enoughh to ask the shuttle guy to bring it back to the airport for me .. wow above and beyond.. it made my trip.. as i was concerned about being stuck there in a northeastern storm.. it was the first time i had been back in 15 years.. i live in hawaii now... you guys rock!!!!! sincerly gretchen c broderson

We really appreciated the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. The airport shuttle service was great. It was wonderful to be able to eat on site. It's services make it likely we will stay again when in the area. We had requested a room away from the elevators/ice machine. We were given a room near the elevators/ice machine. It wasn't a problem that night, but sometimes is in hotels. The hotel didn't seem particularly crowded that night so I don't know why that request wasn't honored. The sheets seemed pretty low-end.

They keep the hotel very nice and upbeat They did not have a few of the things in the pictures shown on the site like the fire pit and all but all in all it was a great stay
