Good views out of our room. Easy access to the main freeways. Nice beds and amenities.
Breakfast was addition and not cheap, but the waiter was nice. Front desk man gave me some insincere feeling.
We enjoy the comfort of this hotel, rooms are good size, staff goes above and beyond to accommodate. Room service meals are very good.
Housekeeping didn't clean our room first day. Hotel staff was quick to correct this.
Room, staff, and room service food were all great!
Nothing negative to say.
Overall stay was good.
Pillows were horrible.
draft beer was fresh AC in rooms worked well
The AC was out in the Lobby hotel could use some updating Did not serve local craft beer
They are obviously trying to be a great hotel. I have the feeling that there might be new management that is trying to turn the motel around. Staff was happy and generous.
Ac didn't work well. Had to change rooms once due to noise. The breakfast, which we paid for, had potential, but serving was crazy. Some things were buffet, others were ordered. I tried for a ham and cheese omelet. I got a plate with a pretty good omelet, but that was all. Potatoes - you should have ordered them with your breakfast. Toast - you have to toast your own bread. Another example: my wife went to get a luggage caddy. We had used one on checking in, so we knew where they were. As she was walking to get one, a management type showed interest and asked here what she was looking for. She said she was going to get a luggage caddy. The manager said that they were at the entrance and quickly walked away. It would have taken her 10 seconds to tell my wife she would help and bring her a caddy. The whole hotel had a duplicity like that. On one hand, it is trying to be a great hotel. On the other hand, it's just not there.
Facilities, Manageress was exceptional in her assistance and friendliness. Room was nice.
I couldn't connect to the internet on my tablet but my fiancé had no problems using her phone so.
