Hotel was clean, indoor pool, hot tub, free fruits and cookies. I also appreciate the fact that the interior design of the hotel and rooms are more on the contemporary side. Not cheesy 80s decor..The manager Rick was very accomodating and friendly. Volume on tv was low, could barely hear the in room movie we were playing. The shower fixture was loose but still workable. Water was a little too cold in the indoor pool, we had to keep going back to the hot tub. Then again we went in the winter..

It was clean and the location was excellent. The pool area and gym were excellent. That was good, since my daughter likes to swin. I selected a non-smoking room. Saturday evening and Sunday morning (Sunday) the hallway reaked of cigarette smoke that was really strong. I had my 9 year old child with me and we had to walk through this to get to our room, each time we entered and left the hotel. Also, when I left out Sunday morning, I was on my way to church and I had to walk through this again....praying it wouldn't settle in my and my 2 daughters' clothing. When the desk cleark asked me how my stay was, I advised him of this. He apologized, but I wasn't convinced he was totally interested. Just this part of my experience made the Hotel stay less than enjoyable for us. Also, the water didn't seem to drain properly in the bathtub. While in the shower, the water would settle in the tub, up to just about around our ankles.

I found the hotel extremely pleasant. The staff was really very nice, helpful and friendly. The room was quite comfortable and clean.For the price it was really excellent. A very good value. The breaskfast offered was okay and at a reasonable price. Not great. It seemed like the staffing could not keep up.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.It was close to all your shopping needs. The price wasn't what it should have been. They charged me an additional $80.
