This hotel was clean, comfortable, friendly and a very good value compared to so many Alaskan hotels where we paid about the same for worn-out, dirty, and dreary places.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional! Front desk greeted me by name entering the lobby, told me about their free shuttle when I asked for a taxi, and was very accommodating when I needed to leave my luggage at the hotel until my flight in the evening. Very clean, nice equipment in the fitness room. The hotel is located in mid-town, but runs shuttles continually to the airport and downtown--wait was anywhere from a couple of minutes to 20 minutes max. Room controlled air conditioning was nice in the summer--I moved over from Anchorage's premier hotel, the Captain Cook, which didn't have air and the rooms were rather stuffy and hot, even with the window open. And, the price was on the lower end of comparable hotels when I booked--I felt it was a great value. Nothing--I'd use this hotel again in a heartbeat!

Staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel itself was clean and attractive. Breakfast offered was good, it's always nice not to have to find someplace else to eat in the morning. Staff offered excellent dinner recommendations that were close by. The hotel was located a little out of town but was an easy ride by car back into town and to the airport, probably 10 minutes each.

We booked with you and had breakfast included but I had to ask them to deduct breakfast fees. Without a printed copy of the booking they would not have accepted the fact. We also booked this hotel on the basis of a shuttle to the rv rental company Great Alaskan Holidays Not available,
