Location to airport, size of rooms, amenities, comfort, it was one of the best places I have stayed in a long time We challenged our gps, it was a bit of a back way of getting into an awesome hotel, but there were many others in that area. We followed our gps and arrived at the hotel.

Room was nice, roomy and clean. Only stayed 11 hours, so not a lot of time to explore the hotel. Had to wait in line at 9 pm to check in. 12 plus buses in the parking lot, hard to find a spot after that.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was very good. Perfect hotel for travellers who stop over for a night or two as hotel location is near the airport. It's free airport shuttle services are good and frequent. I can highly recommend the hotel. The outdoor pool looked a bit shabby but that's a minor issue.

Nothing after my experience checking in I reserved 2 queen beds and I sent them a email 24hours before to let them know myself and a friend were arriving late and that we will be there and not to sell our room. Well when we got there all they had were 1 king size bed and the receptionist would not accommodate us and just kept saying sorry we sold out of 2 queens. When I asked to be put up at another one of there properties that had 2 queen I was told I would have to pay her and the other hotel. When I asked for 2 kings I was told I would have to pay for it. They did nothing to solve their mistake of overselling the rooms. I was very disappointed because I had reserved this room 2 months prior and I sent a email so this situation would not occur.

Comfortable, Clean, Free Wifi in rooms and reception. Business centre well equipped. Good Location with easy parking. Enjoyed the food too. Staff in the restaurant not very good - majority of them seemed to lack experience.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel looked new inside and out and the room was very comfortable. The air conditioner/fan was very noisy and kept me from sleeping, I turned it off but in the summer that wouldn't really be an option.

The room was very comfortable, the bed was very inviting after a long flight from overseas. The hotel staff was nice and kind. It was a great location for those traveling into Atlanta via air. It is not near downtown and seemed near a quiet area of the city. Did not come with complimentary breakfast but otherwise was a great place to stay.
