We had a smoking room and they did not have ashtrays. They only gave us enough towels/shampoo for one person. The was dried paint on the sink. The toilet paper holder was broke and would only give you one sheet at a time. The offer breakfast in the morning however they make it sound that it is complimentary but you had to pay for it. The bed is so hard, also the knob on the side to adjust the comfort level did not work. It stated that it was adjacent to the mall, which is where the live casino is and why we went, however it was three miles away. The set up of the room the bathroom door openned the opposite way to the entrance of the room and blocked that door, which could have been very unsafe.

Our neighbors were so loud and kept us up all night. The staff did nothing when this was brought to their attention except offer an insincere apology.

Without asking or telling me they put me in a smoking room. It was disgusting! The room smells so bad you can smell it out in the hallway. This was easily the worst hotel room I have ever set foot in. The "comfort bed" was a joke - controls didn't work. Housekeeping was sloppy - I had to call for a hair dryer, the coffee service wasn't refreshed - used filters left in the coffee maker. But I can understand - they probably couldn't stand the stink in the room either - can't blame them for wanting to get out in a hurry. I mentioned upon checkout what I thought of the room, and the girl just shrugged. Awful place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and our room was ready when we arrived so no waiting. Booking.com had our reservation in under my first name only with an x and the staff was able to go find my reservation after looking. I would recommend this hotel and we will be staying there again when we are in Baltimore. It was close to Ft. Meade as well as the shopping center.

La chambre trés spacieuse et trés bien équipée avec micro-ondes, frigo, sèche-cheveux... Le lit king size. La piscine et son jacuzzi pour se détendre, le restaurant où on mange très bien pour tous les budgets, trés agréable. La navette gratuite pour l'aéroport tout proche, c'est pour ces raisons que nous avons choisi cet hôtel : le prix et la proximité de l'aéroport. Le ménage fait trés sommairement : une paire de tongs sous notre lit oublié par un précédent client, des cheveux sur la porte de la salle de bains et dans la baignoire, des draps complètement froissés ce qui nous a fait nous poser la question s'ils avaient bien été changé... on espère que oui ! Malgré ces quelques détails l'hôtel reste un bon compromis pas trop cher et très proche du BWI.
