Friendly and helpfull staff. Light rail into inner harbor is not safe. Not a good option of travel for tourists especially at night.

The hotel was really nice and provided an excellent location for easy travel. Getting stuck on the elevator for one hour in the dark at 9:00 pm on my first night while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong after one hour they finally called the fire dept. to get me out. I was not happy about that! Also the prices at the resturant are very high. Better to eat out.
