The hotel location is excellent, but what really made a difference was the most helpful staff ever! They were really kind and efficient in assisting us with our every need. We had a great time!
This hotel has the most attentive and professional staff I have ever encountered. They truly care about their guests and do everything in their power to give you the best visit possible. They are a standard by every hotel staff should be measured.
I wish the room was a little bigger
Staff was very kind.
You might not see sun all day long if you're in lower floors - but that's not hotel's fault.
Very good location (54th and Broadway) - just minutes from Times Square or Central Park. Room equipped with coffee machine, fridge, microwave owen, safe.
Lift/Elevator is very slow sometimes takes time to reach to higher floors
Location of the hotel, walking distance to times square. Friendly staff.
There was a pretzel under our bed and our request for more blankets was never fulfilled.
Staff was great. Super nice.
Do not like this area too much in Manhattan, too noisy and dirty. I prefer downtown. But it is a good location if you have never been to NYC. Close to all tourist attractions. It is a very big hotel, so it gets pretty jammed up in reception and elevators.
Rooms were big and no noise!!! This is very difficult to find in NYC. Nice clean hotel.
It was terrific to have a window with lots of light--didn't have to look at a brick wall.
Roll In access showers require more bath mats
Very helpful staff
Hotel does not have enought elevators and does not have a freight or work elevator. Wait times were excessive and typically the elevaor was crowded.
Excellent location. Very helpful and pleasant staff.
The breakfast at 45,-$
Really thin toilet paper and Kleenex
Above quality of room, new tv, Free wifi, great pillows
Everything here is great, and the price is especially awesome
Do not use the Empire Steak House attached to the Hotel. We had an unexpected experience with the food given the rating of the restaurant and the Manager was less than professional when we dared request a small reduction in the bill and I mean small compared to the total bill and the disappointing evening we had. I appreciate it has good reviews but it also has many reviews like mine. However you need to make your own informed choice.
Generally the hotel was good fitted our needs and would recommend for others sightseeing. Facilities are limited i.e. coffee shop etc. but only a few steps finds you coffee and food of various types. If you need anything I suggest you take a trip to the reception and ask as one of our party was forgotten about when they asked over the phone for additional coffee supplies. Not a major problem just a busy hotel.
We stayed 6 nights a "double room" with 2 beds; the room was so tiny and cramped there was no space for our suitcases; barely any room to hang our clothes. The room was so tight you would have to walk sideways in some places. Also during our stay we noticed that the property had charged us an extra 1000$; we went to clarify things with the receptionist who said that this amount was on hold snd would be returned to us after check out. They dont advertise this anywhere so beware!
Good location. Good for a 1-2 night stay without any luggage
Hotel was situated in an excellent position from which we could walk to most of the tourist attractions. We were on the 21st floor and had a stunning view of the city sky line.
Housekeeping come quite early so put out the do-not-disturb sign if you would like to wake up at your own pace
Great location, comfortable rooms, everything you'd need. We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn and I would highly recommend it to friends.
Uncomfy beds, still very expensive
Great location, a little cheaper than the competition
the pillow is not comfortable, with static
location is good
frendliness of people
very comfortable rooms very comfortable beds. Amazing location very kind stuff.
Comfortable room, handicap bathroom (as requested), coffee machine, microwave, fridge, quiet, price Location was excellent for Broadway Shows, yet the hotel is on a quiet, side street.
The friendly helpful staff, an excellent location.
