Ideal location. We met up with friends who live near Chicago and had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff were very helpful and friendly towards us and I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Excellent staff,all were kind and helpful.Room was clean,spacious,functional.Good location,considering city trip and dining availabilities.One of the best Hilton hotels I have stayed in Breakfast should be inckuded in the room rates,since it is a considerable asset on the hotels image.I have tried it in Warsaw Budapest andLondon and it is really worth mentioning

Location and price, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice. We booked this hotel because of the location and the indoor pool, jacuzzi and fitness center. I was disappointed in the fitness center it was small and lacking.

Red line stops right in front of the hotel, making it very easy to get around the city. Staff was very helpful, offering maps and directions upon check-in. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The location was great. The room was ok. The view was ok. Good value for the location. As a guest of the hotel I was surprised at the high parking fees. Is there anything that can be done about that. Shouldn't their be a valadation of some sort. I noticed nordstrom gave a parking voucher if you shopped and spent $10.00. After the high price of the room I thought their would be some kind of parking fee reduction!!!!!!!!!

The location was number 1. This hotel centered us around many activities we wanted to do. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We will probably stay here again. The air conditioning unit was very loud. It was hard to hear conversation or the television when it was running.

There were construction going on in front of this hotel, but where isn't there construction going on? The hotel was very nice and the staff was wonderful. We were in walking distance of everything. This was the first time we stayed there and we would definitely stay there again! It got a little noisy about 5:00 A.M. when people were probably coming in from clubbing all night. If the nosie hadn't calm down I was planning to call the front desk. Eventually, everyone settled down.
