Friendly staff! Location, location, location. Not complaining, but made two calls on two different day for additional bath towels, never got them. I ended up gradding a couple off the maid's cart when she was not looking. Made me feel sneaky...but I was dry. Haha!

Location and size of bedroom very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Noisy at night time mainly due to road works being carried on from 3am to 6 am.

It was convenient to the conference hotel, it was close to shopping, and it was a relatively reasonable price. It was quite noisy and you could hear all the street traffic during the whole night.

I was very impressed with our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Its not a super fancy hotel but it is still really nice. My husband and I never got a honeymoon and have been married for 5 years so we took a trip together to chicago and it was the best time I have had with him. The hotel staff was super friendly. For example I needed some motrin for my headache from the previous night and so I went down and asked were the nearest store was to get it and she informed me that they had a pantry that had some and she showed me were it was!! Sounds petty but that was really nice. They do their best to make sure that your stay is the best it can be. I would leave for the day and when I came back to my room my bed was made and everything was restocked!! It was super nice not having to call down to the desk to ask for anything! My husband and I are already planning another trip to chicago and no matter what the Hilton Garden inn is where we will be staying!!!! Plus the location is absolutely perfect!! Close to shopping food and entertainment!!!!

If you are looking for an affordable hotel which locates in the middle of the city, I say "Hilton Garden Inn" is a right choice. Red line subway which goes to every single Chicago landmarks is right in front of the hotel. Restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee shops are only a block away. I really had a great time staying there with my friends. If I have a chance to visit Chicago again, I will definitely book this hotel.

Location was great, rooms were nice... Valet parking was good. I had a rash upon returning home and the doctor felt it was bed bugs... Which likely came from my room.. I was in room 2136.

The hotel was wonderful! I can't say enough about the staff. Professional, yet warm and friendly. My daughter and I stayed 2 nights and were treated exceptionally well by every member of the staff that we encountered. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone.

Comfortable bed. Majority of staff very friendly. Location very easy to get around. Good restaurants nearby. Restaurant in hotel very good. Room very noisy, could hear toilet flushing from room next door, room fan very noisy. Barman in weber grill is the least friendly of the staff. There should be complimentary knives,forks and spoons in the room to go with the microwave. In room water is expensive.

Location and price, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice. We booked this hotel because of the location and the indoor pool, jacuzzi and fitness center. I was disappointed in the fitness center it was small and lacking.

The staff were some of the more professional people I've encountered. Very friendly, professional and courteous. Clean and well managed. It took a long time to get taxi service (though the bell man was trying very hard).
