We liked the location of the hotel as we were shopping downtown. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful.
The walls are thin as we had someone complain we were being too loud but felt it wasn't us as there were only 2 of the 4 of us in the room and we were relaxing after a day of shopping.
Right on the subway line, so easy to get to and from the airports.
Cleanliness and location
Pool is too small and parking is expensive
Everything was wonderful!
we had to order room service because they had no tables available the food was good but not worth $138 considering one was a hot dog and one a kids cheese pizza But the hamburger was really good.
The bedding had a tear in the sheet, there was hair in the clean towels the staff was not friendly, swim pool was the size of a sandbox. I will not be back..for that kind of money I will stay at the Trump Towers.
Weber grill in hotel. Breakfast restaurant close by
$50 to park your car for a day, which was not posted on website or booking.com website. No breakfast.
Property was very nice and clean beds are comfortable
Valet service was extremely poor, did not come to come to welcome us to the Hotel and did open the door for the passenger female.
That they gave us a connected room.
Everything was nice. Coooooooooooooooool
Room clean and bed comfy. Fridge in room.
I liked the bed and tv. Moreover I like the location that was close to magnificent mile
They did not prodive a shampoo while provI ding a body washer
the people were great!
We bumped in to the corners of the bed frame all the time. Hut legs.
great view of the city places to dine and shop clean room/facility friendly employees
Paid for secure parking for 24 hours each night stay. Questioned the parking area as I have a new Lexus and take very good care of our vehicles. Was advised everything was secure and good.
When vehicle was delivered back, rust from overhead piping leaked all over front hood. When trying to remove wouldn't come out. Was advised file a claim but it certainly couldn't have been the pipe above. Took me to parking spot. Very care free on the fact there were issues. Would never stay at facility again. Hotel manager said it was a service they provide but had to go thru parking company. I advised then I wanted room stay credited as I knew when I left premises nothing would be done to correct damange to car. Was advised she couldn't do that then she would be agreeing it was the parking company at fault. Very discouraged and again would never stay at facility again. There are many beautiful hotels in same area with very comparable rates.
Parking is way to expensive. But this is Chicago and you just expect it.
I liked all of it
a ton of hidden costs! I travel all the time and this is the first hotel that you had to pay for everything used. I'm was scared to ask for towels because I thought they'd charge me.
The price for room is acceptable, and the environment is comfortable
parking is too expensive
The room was clean and comfortable.
The weather was the only thing we did not like.
The location, ease of public transportation, and some of the staff wrre ecceptional.
No hot water in shower. Hot tub was cold and half empty. One of the service agents at front desk was beyond rude and acted like she was to good to work there. Waited all year for my birthday trip to have it ruined by a hotel. Shameon you!!! 4 days without a shower, shame, shame.
Hot tub was excellent. Towels in pool area stunk like mildew. Bed very comfortable. Over all I would stay again just wouldn't use towels in pool area.
Towels in pool area smelled Like mildew. Very gross
Clean, attractive room with good amenities. Nice workout room. Restaurant and Bar without going outside. Any issues were fixed cheerfully and quickly, but some were avoidable.
Front desk staff could have been a bit more effective so we wouldn't have issues to solve (they did fix them). Of course parking was expensive.
The location was excellent.
I had no problems.
Location because it was close to Eataly, great restaurants and shopping.
Pool not great due to size and depth. Also the room was kind of cramped.
