The room was very clean and comfortable. I was traveling for business and the room was put on my boss's credit card. My office manager had to call the receptionist for 2 whole days to get her to fax over the credit card authorization form! Each time she would respond "I'll send it right now." That is absolutely ridiculous. When I arrived no one knew what I was talking about. I had to aske that the form be faxed over when I checked in and when I checked out. My office finally received the form at 1pm the day I checked out... Also the curtains in my room were very sheer. The thick curtains apperantly were just for decoration. I found this odd and uncomfortable, especially since I was on the ground floor.

Staff was very friendly and exceeded my expectations when I didn't get the room I had reserved... My fiance' and I was put into a suite because they had accidentally over booked- without any hesitation, and was not charged any more... This was a great hotel and I will definitely stay there in the future!

מלון קטן ונקי. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה מוגשת בלובי המלון תמורת 10$. היינו באזור באמצע חודש מרץ, הגענו לפרזנו בשעה 23 בלילה, ירד מבול והיה קור כלבים. לא היו מוניות בשדה התעופה וחיכינו בחוץ כחצי שעה עד שפועל ניקיון בשדה התקשר לנהג מונית וזה הגיע לאסוף אותנו. בחרנו במלון זה כי חשבנו שהוא קרוב לשדה התעופה אבל מסתבר שזאת נסיעה של 10 דק' מהשדה שעלתה לנו כ- 15$. לא לזה התכוונו. הקירות במלון כנראה עשויים מנייר כיון שבחדר לידינו היו זוג שקיימו יחסים במשך כשעתיים ואנחנו שמענו כל גניחה וכל מילה....

The room was very nice and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. I had a little trouble getting the temp in the room to where I was comfortable. I had to keep changing it up or down every 30 mins or so. Never did quite get it right but it was probably me not the unit.

The room was very clean and comfy. Everything seemed well thought out and well done from the good beds, office chair, nice cooked-to-order breakfast to the great shower. For the low price it was perfect. We want to stay there again. the shower drain did not drain well.
