Hilton Garden Inn Denver Airport  

I really enjoyed the privacy the staff provides. They were very respectfull and helpfull when it came to looking for fun spots in the denver area. The room was clean and comfortable and the facilities as well! My favorite thing About this hotel was that the pool and hot tub were open 24m hours.

I have nothing bad to really say except that they didn't have complimentary breakfast.

When we returned, it was 1:30 A.M. tired from a full day of traveling. As we checked in, the desk man told us we had already paid via Booking.com. However, he needed a credit card for any incidentals. He also told us there was a continental breakfast until 11:00 A.M. The real truth: He charged my credit card $50!!! There were no incidentals. We went downstairs for breakfast - the breakfast charge was $10.95 each!!! I have called the Hilton Garden Inn and complained about the charge on my credit card. They are supposed to credit back my account. I will be watching!!!

The Wake-up call has not been executed in the morning!

Very Friendly and the room service was excellent.

The mini frig made a lot of noise and did not fit in the cabinet would almost fall out when opening. Get better coffee for the rooms.

By staying here we were able to leave our car in their lot for only $10 and take their shuttle rather than parking at the airport. Since we needed to stay overnight anyway, it was a no brainer. We are also going to stay there when we come back into the us. It is a great hotel for the money.

The hotel had a free airport shuttle. The bed is comfortable and room is good size. Free wifi.

It's called an airport hotel, but it's 20 mins from Airport by cab. Hotel gives you newspaper even though you didn't ask for it and then charges you. The front desk person (Henry) was very rude maybe he was having a bad day, but he is hospitality and should know better. I am a Hilton Gold member and even then he was being rude to me and my friend. Staff thought Booking.com charged us rather than Hilton when that is never the case. Booking.com doesn't charge users.

Used as a hopping off point for a month-long trip abroad - easy access to Denver airport and ability to leave our car there for the duration, stay overnight after returning early evening from a 10-hour flight from London, with the accompanying time change, and wake up refreshed in the morning to drive back up the ever-so-dark-you-don't-want-to-drive-it-at- night I-70 to our Eagle County home. Hotel reception was terrific, our room was comfortable and quiet, Wi-Fi worked, smiles all around. Booked directly through booking.com for best rate.

Als Airport Hotel, logischerweise nahe am Airport und etwas weiter zum Zentrum. Für mich sehr gute Betten. Finde die Hilton Garden in immer sehr gut. Alles sauber, guter Preis.

Tegenvallend is de wijziging in de policy van de Hilton groep om centraal de boekingen af te handelen. Voor het betreffende hotel verschijnt de boeking als een vooruitbetaalde transactie en is het niet meer mogelijk om van hen een hotelrekening te krijgen. Als zakenreiziger kom ik daarmee in de problemen met de financiële administratie van ons bedrijf die toch wel een rekening willen zien. Dit geldt ook voor de Hampton hotels die ook tot de Hilton groep behoren. Als dit beleid niet wijzigt ben ik genoodzaakt andere hotels te kiezen.

Vooral het personeel is zeer klantvriendelijk. Het hotel is handig te bereiken met de gratis shuttle vanaf de luchthaven. Goede prijs/ kwaliteisverhouding.
