Didn't like the smoking section.....I Expected at least a contiennetal breakfest.....and one of the hotel night managers was rude to me and I was charged twice for my stay and charged for things the receptionist said I shouldn't be charged for....made me overdraw my account..thanks for that

Very close to the Denver convention center. Staff was very pleasant and helpful with any question or request. Very comfortable and quiet - nice to return to after a busy day in a large convention center atmosphere.

Classy staff. Impeccable decor. And a Dazbog coffee shop in the lobby.

Staff was superb, among the best we've encountered at a hotel chain.

Malfunctioning airconditioning, promptly fixed, but malfunctioned again.

- too noise (you could hear the bell if a car left the Hyatt's garage on the other side of the street every night - a lot of hair left from former guest in the plughole - breakfast was disappointing: orange juice after 30 minutes and 2 reminders, no toast left, etc.

Great location. Clean, comfortable rooms.

The free breakfast I made sure to get included in the room rate. The waitress was great and the food was pretty good too. My boyfriend really enjoyed the fresh cooked omlets.

wouldnt a "complaint" be the same as what I didnt like during my stay??? I had a few issues that I dont think I should have had to deal with. Number one, my free breakfast didnt go over with my reservation, therefore I had to specifically ask for the coupons and give them a copy of my reservation. Not the end of the world, but an extra step/hassle. Number two, I got dinner at the restuarant one night and paid with my corporate credit card. That charge then showed up on my bill, at an even higher price, even though I already paid with a different card. Again, not the end of the world, but hassle to have to deal with. They handled both issues wiht no problem, but again, hassles I'd rather have not had to deal with.

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé à 2 pas de la 16th Street Mall et des centres d'intérêt de downtown. Grandes chambres très bien équipées (wifi, tv, café,...). Beau centre de fitness et piscine + jaccuzzi au sous-sol, mais très agréable. Petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité et personnel super sympa et attentif ! Rien à redire : du Hilton efficace, pro. Et à un tarif vraiment compétitif pour le service donné. à recommander pour visiter Denver !!

Parking à 28$ + taxes un peu cher à mon avis.

Gute Lage - gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti presso questo hotel, lo staff dell'albergo e' stato molto disponibile, anche quando gli abbiamo chiesto di prenotarci vari ristoranti per la sera. La camera sempre molto pulita, abbiamo chiesto un lettino per la nostra bimba e lo abbiamo trovato gia' in camera al nostro arrivo. Inoltre e' anche vicino al centro che si puo' raggiungere comodamente a piedi.
