Shuttle service was great for getting around. Location was good for activities at the Grapevine Convention Centre - you could walk there and back. Free Internet was brilliant. A map of the area and information on the local transport available would have been a useful asset.

There was no running water from 12-2 pm. The pool was not heated. Noone came to clean my room until 3 pm which was way too late. I felt very uncomfortable when a woman dressed as a maid knocked on my door. When I answered, she was holding a key to get in and seemed very suprised there was someone in the room. She spoke no English and walked away. I felt very unsafe and have no idea what she wanted, but it was very obvious she woukd have entered the room had I not answered the door. This was after the other maid came at 3pm to clean the room, so It was very suspicious. Like I said, I did not feel safe

Excellent accueil et disponibilité des employés, prêts à rendre service. Une navette qui vous prend à l'aéroport et vous emmène où vous voulez durant votre séjour. Accès compliqué en ce moment, aqhand on a loué une voiture à l'aéroport, car il y a des travaux partout sur les freeways. Ceci peut être réglé en utilisant les back-roads, sur les conseils du personnel de l'hôtel et, dans ce cas, l'aéroport est tout près et d'accès très facile (information valable quand on repart. A l'arrivée, plutôt prendre la navette de l'hôtel.

I liked the cleanliness. The staff was basically friendly. The lobby was comfortable, the outdoor sitting areas were nice. The check in desk was off to the side, I saw the bar first when I walked in. There were no brochures/pamphlets providing suggestions of where to eat or what to do in Grapevine. The curtains did not close (were not designed to) so there was some light coming in all night.
