very far from Grand Canyon, 1h 20mins drive.

Very clean and comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

Pool is not very big and everyone walking through the front door can see you at the pool or jacuzzi straight away

Great breakfast (self made waffles was fun), nice & clean room. Helpful counter staff who let us check in earlier when they knew my 2 kids were sick. Amenities were a stones throw away.

Noisy guests in adjoining room woke us at midnight. In the future I would be VERY disappointed to be placed in an adjoining room without a solid wall separating us from other guests.

Very clean, very well managed, nice city, 1.5 hour to Grand Canyon. Very helpful and friendly and professional personal. Nice indoor heated pool and jacuzi. I recommend this nice hotel.

Having stayed at other Garden Inns, I knew what to expect, and I was not disappointed: the facilities were attractive, clean, and inviting, and the staff was very helpful. It was a great bang for our travel buck.

Perfectly good value for money...we were only staying one night, and left very early in the morning to visit the GC, but no complaints. Staff were very friendly.

Walls are too thin could here if someone was upstairs or next store I mean at one point I thought I was part of their conversation.

I made reservations there based on all the reviews saying how clean it was. We were not disappointed. The hotel room and bathroom were extremely clean. The room was spacious and we felt comfortable. The location was great for us since we had events at nau to attend.

The only thing that I would complain about is that the pillows were very mushy and not comfortable at all. Neither my husband or I liked them, although our preference is for harder pillows. Not really much of a complaint...

I was attending a meeting at nau. Location was perfect. Room are nice, clean and comfortable. ALL the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Personnel were so helpful and friendly. Right when you walked in it was warm and elegant, but very comfortable. Will continue to stay there when going to Flagstaff. to visit daughter.
