“ The staff was friendly. We were very happy with the time it took for us to be picked up at the airport. The breakfast staff was helpful in getting us out of there quickly as we had a plane to catch early in the am. All in all a good experience and we will probably use this Hilton for next years trip. ”

This was a great option for travelers like us. We were going on a cruise and were looking for a budget friendly place to stay. The airport/ cruise transport along with breakfast were an added plus. Staff friendly/ hotel clean and well maintained.

The young man that worked at the desk, I think his name was Terrance. He was from Ypsilanti, Michigan. You could not have a better front desk person. Not only did he help with tour info and taxi call but he stepped out and straightened up the lobby. It was clear that he was a part of the organization and proud of where he worked. Bravo! Nothing. But FYI we stayed at the airport Hilton on our return from our cruise, and heard it was going to be torn down. Good move. We would never stay there again!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had issues with the television/satellite service. Once the engineer came to fix it, the tv would remain on, but the volume stopped working. It was a bit frustrating since the engineer had just left and we thought all was fixed.

Friendly responsible staff at the desk, 24 hour shuttle for late checkins, clean rooms Slow service at breakfast...coffee and juice had to be served by waiter. Also waiter presented copy of check to us even though it was complimentary. He said it was to show us how much we saved...really for his tip.

It was nice, especially compared to the previous Hilton property we stayed at before arriving at this hotel. The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was clean and it was a good location. We enjoyed our stay and will return, as it's a good value. Can't think if anything we didn't like. It's a nice hotel.

We liked the fact it offered shuttle service to the airport. That is why we selected this hotel to stay in. I am still having problems with the payment of the charges for the room. I was told that they would not charge me. Then they did in fact charge my credit card with the wrong price. Then I had to get a credit from another company. Then I am working to get credit on my hilton rewards. I was told that I could not get credit since it was a third party booking. But I have a credit card statement where the hotel charged me for the room. Why is this so difficult? I tried to work it out when we checked in, but the on duty manager said he could not help me. He said that I would get a blank receipt when I checked out. Then when I was charged the incorrect amount they wanted a copy of the receipt I got when I checked out. Of course it is blank and I didn't question it since I thought I was not going to be charge the higher price. This has been one big hassle. I stay with Hilton chain when I can. But I don't know if I should try this again.

Comfortable, airport shuttle to hotel 24 hour service. We arrived very late and that was a nice feature. Carpet in room was wet around air conditioner.

Tudo funcionou de forma correta, quarto amplo e limpo, bastante vaga para estacionar! Academia pequena, dependendo do horario isso pode ser um problema. Café da manhã não vale os US$14.00. Depois do primeiro dia preferi sair e ir a uma starbucks ou Dennis.
