Big, well heated swimming pool. Has no complementary breakfast. If you stay in 6 th floor, rooms 602 to 606 you hear a constant very loud engine noise, day and night, disturbing , probably the ventilation engine for the entire six story building.

The staff was very friendly and courteous but did not follow through with important information they continued to tell me for three days they would. I had to change rooms after the first night, the bed was the worst I'd ever slept in! There was literally a 2-3 inch drop, trough, in the bed where someone had slept. I moved next door and surprise, exact same thing! Please buy new beds. The pillows were very pretty but went flat the minute you touched them and you could easily feel spiky things in them. Absolutely the worst room as far as comfort I've ever stayed in. Pool was nice, staff was friendly, decor was lovely. Won't stay there again though and I have a child in the area and visit 2-3 times a year.

Location Breakfast was terrible and understaffed. There was one man doing all the cooking and dishes. People were 6 and 7 deep waiting to order an omelet. Food was not refilled while we were trying to eat. Coffee and water dispensers were empty and not refilled. Front desk people were very uninformed as to hotel and policies. Front desk staff told us we were at the wrong location and sent us to another hotel when in fact we were at the correct location. After driving five miles away, we discovered that we had been at the correct location and returned. Air conditioning unit was set to 68 degrees and could not be changed. We were burning up in both of the rooms that we paid $199/night for and were told that it could not be adjusted. I asked for an adjustment in price for the inconvenience and was told that was not possible.
