The hotel has a perfect location if you come to Freeport for shopping and/or dining. The staff was really helpful and friendly.
Half of the bed in our room needed replacement a long time ago. Luckily it was a king bed so we could sleep in the half that was still good...
Our stay at your facility was very convenient to all of our shopping needs as well as the stay was very nice . The food offers in the breakfast area was excellent as well . We really enjoyed our stay . Thank you and Merry Christmas to you all ! The Van Deusens from Cobleskill , NY
The fact that we couldn't stay longer !
If you are Looking to stay close to L.L. Bean, this is the place. Very close to all the outlets and plenty of shopping. The staff is young, but very helpful and courteous.
If you want to communicate with anyone while you are there, forget about it. The wifi is slow and the cell signal is almost non-existent. Besides that, the only other business that could be a big plus would be a small general store.
In the middle of Freeport, the staff were pleasant and very accommodating.
Spent two nights and staff was very welcoming. Eat breakfast in hotel. Food was good and waitstaff friendly. Love the location, walking distance to everything.
We had a king size bed and the fitted sheet was too small === kept coming off the bed. Very uncomfortable. Next time we will speak up and not try to overlook it, especially for the price.
All the shops are walkable from the hotel.
The parking was across the street.
Staff greeted me in hallways, elevators etc. They initiated a greeting, smiled. I felt welcome. This made a difference. These were maintenance and housekeeping staff. I'm impressed.
Internet was hard to connect. A bit pricey. comfort was ok but not great.
I have stayed here a number of times. The location couldn't be better - walking distance to all of the stores and bordering a neighborhood which gives it a special feel. Love it.
There is nothing I dislike about this place.
Convenient to everything. Great, Friendly staff. Clean, Clean, Clean!!! And the cookies or cheesecake in the lobby when we returned in the events was an extra nice treat.
Location Staff Breakfast Rooms Clean Water, cookies, coffee
Closeness to railroad Constant logging into WiFi
We stayed here only one night during a weekend trip to Maine. We were heading up the coast and had checked out. We spent a few hours shopping in Freeport, when I remembered that we had forgotten to pack a power cord for our iphones. We went back to the hotel; they let us check the room, but it had already been cleaned up and there was no sign of the power cord. The housekeeping manager was not available and we didn't have time to wait as we needed to get on the road. The front desk staff person graciously offered to find us another power cord and swap it for our lost one. Thanks so much for accommodating us. You went beyond the call of duty!
The staff was most welcoming and efficient and gave us great information about the area.
Stopped here for 2 nights. Great location for shopping. Staff were very friendly.
The Inn was a very short walking distance to most all of the places we planned to see. The parking was very handy. The total appearance both inside and out was excellent as were the rooms, elevator, & common areas! The coffee in the lobby was very nice.
Our two night stay was just too short!
Paying for Wi-Fi

Morning restaurant staff went out of their way to make breakfast the best part of our day
I liked the front desk staff very much. The girl was helpful and pleasant. The location to town couldn't be better. A beautiful facility
Location to shopping
Breakfast was not included in price of room.
On our way to Bar Harbor and decided at the last minute to drive half way and stay overnight. Hilton Garden had availability and the location was great. Convenient to shopping, dining and highway. Couldn't have asked for more.
Could easily walk to the outlets in the center of town
Right next to the train tracks but the train was really really quiet - not an issue although it worried me as we were right over the tracks.
Steps in hot tub were difficultvtp use. Too small.
Slow internet in comp room, difficulty to connect to WiFi.
Everything offered by this Hilton was outstanding including but not limited to the fine folks that support both the front and back of the house.
Not a thing!
We loveFreeport and everyone at the Hilton Garden Inn was very nice.
It is a bit over priced.
