No continental breakfast. No newspapers left on Saturday morning.

The Hilton Garden in Hotels are wonderful. Clean, gracious, comfortable, a pleasure to stay. Close to facilities on Sepulveda Blvd.

Hotel has a free airport shuttle bus but it wasn't clear if we needed to contact the hotel or if it came every 20-30 minutes similar to other hotels. I emailed the hotel prior to departure to check but I had no reply, so we had a bit of a wait at the airport while we sorted it out. Other than that no problems

Very friendly staff, super quick check in after a long flight. The shuttle the next day was great.

Couldn't get hold of the hotel to get the shuttle to the hotel so had to grab a taxi. Beds are ok but not great.

Great service, nice clean rooms, free wifi.

The place has no down-sides. Clean, comfortable, inclusive of parking, wi-fi etc., and so convenient for the airport. Go again and the staff will remember you, which is nice.

The price that charged us was different then what were agree when we booked. It is a little difference but it is annoying.

Everything. The desk clerk (Barbara) was extremely friendly and very helpful.

The staff are very help full specially in reception

The bus only deliver you to the beach and airport.no other location because I went la with a bus.

Nice receiving, very helpful, good location for earlly morning flight, shutle service very convinient, breakfest very nice with meny different veraiety of food.

I had bad experiance with the shutle due to wrong communication between Alamo staff and the shutle dispatch at the hotel. Also when the mobile phone in the room started to beep due to low battery the front desk told me that i shall have to pay if the phone is damaged at the time that i did not tuch or even know that there is this phone until it started to beep.

Perfect to aclimatize after a long flight and good base for visit L.A..

Stay away from the Elevator. It's a little bit noisy at night.

Helpfull staff ,quiet location,nice outside areas to relax in. Great having a microwave in the room.

Needed an electric jug, not everyone drinks coffee, and if they do need decaf.no facility to boil water for tea,need a jug.

Nice hotel nice location

No breakfast was included even though for 1 night the bill was 185$

We booked a room with king size bed on march 2012 but We received a room with two queen size bed.

Very comfortable bed. Great access to LAX and car rental return. Will return next time in LA.

Check in took 45 mintes, they couldn't find our booking with your company. They had the name wrong or you sent the wrong name. Internet didn't work in our room. The room was very nice and the grounds were beautiful. The wait to get checked in set a mood that never changed. Sorry we will not stay with this hotel again.

Nice location and very clean. But a little noise because of the sky metro.
