The free wifi was advantageous, although you can get it nearly everywhere nowadays. The location is good for the airport but little else. We stayed there for one night as we had a flight to catch the next day, I would not stay here any longer.

The courtesy shuttle service to the malls is operated by an independent company and can be a bit hit and miss. As an example, we were told to be at a certain point, (where there is no shade, in 90 degrees heat), for collection to return to the hotel at 12:40. We were there at 12:35 but weren't collected until 13:00, which meant standing in the sun for twenty minutes. When we complained we were given excuses that the bus was full and that it was only a courtesy service, as if this meant you could treat people however you wanted. In actual fact the bus was full. It had collected people from a different location and had to take them back first but, our stop was on the way back so they only had to stop and tell us they would be late. This was a courtesy that the courtesy service couldn't be bothered about.

El personal y la ubicacion, la habitacion ya tiene la moqueta sucia y mal cuidada (Hab 104)

Hay un problema generalizado cuando vas con una tarifa bastante preferente y es que cuando haces el check-in los recepcionistas se miran de una manera especial y saben lo que hay "dar la peor habitacion posible o si se quiere la menos buena" , es decir, tienes una tarifa muy buena pero las habitaciones buenas se guardan para los cleintes walk-in. En esta ocasion me dieron una habitacion en la planta baja, junto a la entrada al pasillo y todo eran ruidos, en la parte de la ventana que daba a la parte trasera todo eran ruidos de camiones de servicio y gente que iba con sus maletas a su coche, resultado , la proxima vez prefiero pagar un poco mas y tener una habitacion decente, limpia y con derecho a reclamacion

Gostei da localização e do conforto do quarto.

Não gostei do fato de não haver cofre no quarto e os cofres da Recepção eram poucos e não conseguimos nenhum deles durante toda a nossa estada para guardar os nossos pertences.

Me pareció Excelente!! Las instalaciones muy bonitas y muy cómodas. Muy buena ubicación para ir de compras. La atención de un hotel 5 estrellas. La comida divina y a muy buen precio. Lo recomiendo 100%... Sólo una advertencia para los venezolanos, indiquen en la recepción que desean dejar el deposito en efectivo y no con la tdc, yo lo olvide y me me bloquearon el deposito de la tdc, lo cual al final no resulto mal porque todas las comidas las hice en el hotel y las fueron recargando a ese deposito y al irme me desbloquearon el sobrante sin problema.

Lokatie is op papier dicht bij het vliegveld. Omdat wij op NL tijd ver na middernacht arriveerden kozen wij dit hotel. Maar om er te komen had de shuttlebus en later onze huurauto er ca. 15km voor nodig via een zeer gecompliceerde route. Geen Airport Hotel voor het gemak van een lucht reiziger!
