Nothing was interesting there. Staff wasn't forthcoming. Beds are regular size. Breakfast is not included. Restaurant and room service finish at 11pm. Shuttle bus is not circulating oftenly. Price are too high considering what has being offered.

Staff were very nice. Breakfast options were good. The room needed updated and more thoroughly cleaned. It just didn't seem very clean to me. The room seemed dingey off white color of sheets and towels. The blanket my children had to use was very old and not very welcoming. I was glad I was only staying one night here. The breakfast was expensive too. For the price of the room I would have expected a free breakfast.

The young lady that checked us in was extremely helpful and kind. Also, the waitress working at the restaurant was friendly and kind. We would highly recommend this hotel to others. Airport transportation was convenient.

courtious staff, clean and comfortable room. We used the hotel for a one night stay to get an early morning flight and that is what most people there are doing. Efficient 15min shuttle van service from MIA to the Hotel and back. Very nice optional breakfast served at 6am

Realmente todo estuvo muy bien, esta muy cerca del aeropuerto y de centros comerciales. Las maletas tiene que cargarlas uno mismo, tienen carritos para hacerlo pero no tienen servicio de botones.

A localização do hotel, muito próxima ao aeroporto, é ideal para quem está em Miami apenas em traslado para Orlando. Dá para conhecer a cidade muito bem aproveitando a passagem, mas é indispensável veículo com gps.

Personal an der Rezeption ist nett & sehr hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit der Boeden im Zimmer und Gaenge wirklich nicht gut. Bei der Ankunft am Flughafen Hotel anrufen, sonst kann man vergebens auf dem Shuttlebus warten. Die Anlage braucht ein Lifting.

Localização perfeita para que não pretende ir para a praia, ou seja, pretende ir às compras apenas. Fica ao lado do aeroporto internacional de Miami e próximo das vias principais da região, além de ser próximo do Dolphin Mall um grande outlet local. Nada

La comida es espléndida, la atención es muy cálida y los empleados son siempre muy amables. Realmente no hay nada que me hubiera disgustado, de hecho es segunda vez que llego a un hotel de la cadena, la vez pasada fue en Houston Galleria

O café da manhã tem boa variedade á preço razoável Os funcionários são muito cordiais e atenciosos o hotel aceitou guardar parte de nossas bagagens por cinco dias e não cobrou nada por isso O carpete dos quartos está muito desgastado

En general el Htel está bien Me ofrecieron una habitación para 4 personas, con dos camas y un sofa cama. Nunca me la dieron, ya que me dijeron que no la había en el Hotel, y que era un error de la Cia. BOOKIN. Pienso que pagué una tarifa muy cara y no me cumplieron con lo que me ofrecieron. Por favor chequen la página y ahí dice que lleva un sofa cama que nunca me lo dieron Creo que deberían compensarme de alguna manera.

Lo use solo la ultima noche. Venia de orlando y tenia que dormir en miami cerca del aeropuerto. Esa consigna se cumplio ampliamente en un hotel muy limpio y con buen servicio. Excelente wifi en todos lados del hotles y sin cargo adicional Lo unico la cama. Yo saque una habitacion para 4. Eran 2 camas de 1,3mts de ancho aprox. El colchon se hundia en el medio y era comico. Pero a la hora de dormir fue un fastidio. Cuando hice el check out lo comente y me dijieron que eran regulables. Quizas me lo tendria que haber dicho de entrada
