The Have A Very Good Breakfast And The Rooms Are Very Clean. The Tv Remotes Werent Working Properly And The Pillows And Bed Werent The Most Comforable

Everyone was very nice and polite to us. The day we checked in when we were getting ready to go to bed I noticed that one of the beds didn't have the sheet's changed, there was black hair all over and they were wrinkled like someone had slept in them. Also the bathroom sink had hair as well all over in it like someone shaved and it never go cleaned out. When we checked in I asked about the breakfast, the girl told me adults were $9.99 and kids ate free, well when we had breakfast I got a bill and I was charged $4.95 for my son to eat so I was a little upset that it cost me around $15 to have breakfast when all we had was scampled eggs and toast I could of got that @ McDonalds for $5. I mentioned it to the lady in the food area and she talked to the lady @ the front desk but never came back to our table to let me know what was going on and I still charged the whole amount. Last my son and I had went to go swimming and my son had to use the restroom (kind of an emergency) and the bathroom in the pool area was locked, I used to phone to call the front desk and asked them to unlock it and the girl told me someone would be right in, ten minutes had passed and know one had come so I called again and she said someone would be right in well my son couldn't hold it so he went up to our room (6 floors up) by the time someone finally came in to unlock the door it had been a half hour.

The staff were always smiling and friendly. The rooms are well decorated and pleasant. The heating in the rooms was a little noisy.

Cleanliness, comforters washed daily. Did not feel like I was going to leave with disease. Canyon Bar had a burger that was amazing. Front desk check in was not up to par of a 5 star hotel... seemed rather mediocre.
