Hilton Garden Inn Monterey  

Clean and comfortable in a relatively quiet location. The roommate had most facilities you woul expect from a Hilton hotel.

There was no kettle to boil water to make tea. Although there was a safety deposit box behind reception, it would have been more convenient to have a room safe. The hotel was poorly signposted from the main roads surrounding it and was not visible until you we're almost on top of it.

Staying on the second floor, you can hear everything from the upstairs. Really annoying.

The parking and layout of the hotel was weird. Too far from the beach.

Appearance everywhere in hotel was worn, tattered, frayed, moldy, mildewy, my room smelled, bathroom was dirty, furniture and other amenities chipped, worn, would have been at home in a Motel 6, couldn't understand staff, barely spoke English, had to wait and wait to get help moving my luggage to my room after checking in, never got help with luggage when I was leaving, although I called and asked for assistance, front desk were not welcoming, seemed impatient, though no line at desk, when I checked out (they forgot to put paperwork under my door) I overheard 2 front desk people giving welcoming/info message to new guests much different than welcome/info message I was given when I checked in. The underground parking is inconvenient, probably dangerous at night.

Ambient noise from other rooms, particularly those from above. We had to change our room twice to achieve a reasonably good night's sleep.

Adjacent to H101 and provided good stopover. Excellent pool area. 5 minute drive to sea front.

Everything was beautiful. The room was awesome and the service impeccable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and again!

Unfriendly front desk staff, not helpful.

Very convenient location and clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Nice private decks/porch on each room made for a nice outside space.

The only complaint I would have is the room smelled like a weird chemical smell.

The staff was helpful, friendly and very good to work with when need be.

Very noisy, very old and not typical of other Hilton Garden Inns that the we have stayed in before.

Well, I don't think we will ever stay there again. We asked for a room away from the ice machine, and away from the elevator. Well we got put right over check-in so we got to hear ever car that pulled up. Then I was charged twice for insadentals. Money they said I should see returned up to a week after my stay. Then we had smokers right outside our room. After checking my reservation again I notice I had requested a pool view room, so they moved us. So I repacked my bags and off to room number 2. Well this room had a frig that made so much noise and a water line that needs to be replaced. A dripping running sound that was just to much. So night number two at 11:30 pm after waiting for a service helper for an hour that never came. We finally got into a room we could sleep in. I never did unpack again. The infused water was nice.

The infused water, and the gym was good, except the smoking area right outside the gym door. Yuck!

Prático para quem viaja de carro pela California. Bom custo benefício.

Sim. O atendente que estava na recepção durante a noite em que me hospedei lá foi extremamente rude ao dar informações, como se eu estivesse incomodando. Foi uma impressão totalmente contrária da que tive com as duas garotas que estavam na recepção na parte da tarde e que fizeram nosso check in.

gelegen langs een highway, (4 km van centrum) toch niet veel lawaai van deze weg, motelachtig (2 verdiepen, lage plafonds, elke dag andere mensen) en daardoor niet gericht op vakantie (zwembad matig), ontbijt extra te betalen.

Fiquei apenas uma noite e achei o quarto espaçoso e confortável, com uma boa varanda, q não usei, pois verão em Monterey é 15 graus!

Apenas a garagem que é meio confusa

E um hotel bastante confortavel e muito organizado. Os funcionarios sao muito atenciosos e simpaticos. Os quartos sao grandes e muito confortaveis. E um belo hotel, me hospedaria la novamente com certeza.

Prático, boa localização ao lado da rodovia. Internet e estacionamento gratis.
