False fire alarm went of twice in the middle of the night during our stay.
Valet was horrible.
The parking in the area was terrible especially with all the construction .
The staff was great. Didn't meet a single one that wasn't friendly and all greater you with a smile. Will definitely be staying here again.
Overall it was a good stay.
The food at the restruant was good but it was a little high. We had a problem with the room safe door not opening and they had to cut the door off.
The bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable!!!
I was with a group of friends for the Essence Festival. I loved the microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room and the bed was wonderful. The topper was the manager greeting us when we left saying he was glad we chose this hotel and he hoped our stay was great and hope to see us again. It was so personable and sincere. Friendly and helpful staff. Keep up the great work!
We were advised and recommended by a hotel personnel about a city tour that was very disapointing. Expensive and non professional.
I like the staff--they were professional and helpful. I also liked the fact that the hotel had been recently renovated. The upgrade of the bedding was also a plus!
The location was a bit far from downtown; however, it was close to the convention center and to the dock.
Had a good time! Adjustable beds, nice view on 7th floor:)
Joy in the dining area was superb. She had great customer service skills and made us feel comfortable as though we were at home.
There was an erroneous room service charge on my bill. After a brief discussion with the front desk manager, an adjustment was made. However, the manager was not friendly.
location, friendliness of staff
beds were hard, we didn't realize that they could be adjusted.
Location and friendliness there with my husband for a market for my business and perfect stay!
Loved everything except my bed was hard and then the next morning upon check out I realized there was a sign telling you about the adjustable beds! Wish I would have read it the night we checked in! My Bad! LOL
Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Edmond in the restaurant was especially courteous and seemed to go out of his way to be helpful. Room was very comfortable.
Not much of an outside entrance. Had to be extremely careful getting out of car to not get door taken off from oncoming traffic. There was some confusion on the bill but I am hopeful that has been taken care of.
Some staff o.k. Others appeared confused about how to handle their mistake. Finally made it to our room. Did provide a breakfast voucher for their error and time spent to check in.
Booked me into a room already occupied. Next increased my room rate. Then Finally got it right. Took longer to check in than it did to order a pizza and have it delivered to my room.
I liked being out of the Quarter
Good location close to everything
Loved everything about it
Great Staff - kind and hospitable. Great location - walk to French Qtr.
Location pretty good for access to New Orleans centre
Parking costs in city locations is always expensive, no difference here!
Hotel and rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. We were in New Orleans for a convention and the location of the hotel was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted/needed to go.
Staff friendliness is outstanding
Everything but the parking price was higher than advertised
I liked the fact we were across the street from the convention center. The hotel was nice. Will definitely book there again.
I didn't like the price of the parking. $30/day when the garage across the street is $10/day. We did not have cable during our stay nor a working coffee maker.
The hotel is located very close to the convention center, which was a huge plus as we were in New Orleans to attend a convention held there, and it is also located right next to a parking garage, granted one that is somewhat pricey. The room, including the bathroom, was very clean and where ours was placed was very quiet. Staff were very friendly and courteous.
Price of valet parking was $30.00 a night plus tax, granted the next cheapest available parking we could find in range of the hotel was $20.00 a night, though this city has horrible parking options. The bed felt as if we were sleeping on a piece of plywood that had a thin layer of cushion on it. Cost per night seemed a bit pricy all things considered, but it was still the best value in the area.
