This historic New Orleans hotel was built in a refurbished bank and still features some of the original vault doors. It is less than a 15-minute walk from the French Quarter.

The location was great for walking to the river. Had a great breakfast with great service. Parking attendant was very helpful with giving us directions as we were heading out. All staff was very friendly.
Nothing one of the nicest, cleanest and friendly hotels I've ever stayed.
Having previously lived in NOLA I was excited when my daughter had to go for a convention and I tagged along. Booking, com messed up our reservation by 4 days but the staff here made it right. Very clean very nice staff. The valet parking was a little high they advertise $30 a day but was $35. Higher than most hotels in the area. Perfect location if going to convention center
paying for breakfast, & parking too high
The WiFi was Not free.
Free breakfast and close to canal st/french quarter
Bed was like sleeping on the ground
Close to our ship
Staff were friendly, cordial, and very professional.
My husband didn't like the foam mattress, though it was not uncomfortable.
Liked the complimentary soaps and conditioners, and the coffee and teas asst. in the room. Really liked having the shower cap as I had just had my hair done. Room was clean, light and airy feeling. Liked that you had small store to get last minute food or items we might have forgotten.
the bed pillows were a little uncomfortable.
Friendly, respectful staff. Top service go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need.
Very expensive valley They charged me a higher rate than the one I booked and I had to talk to the manager to change it. Lots of hidden fees and taxes on the final bill.
Good quite location Liked the free coffee
really not your fault; but when we book a room for$129, and wind up wioth a bill for $188 ya sorta get the feeling youre being ripped off. i guess NO can get away with it, but it sure does diminish my desire to return
my arrival dates was wrong and it took 5 hours to get checked in
The front desk staff Michelle and Sharon were very helpful!
Loved the convience of the hotels location and the staff was superb! Will most definitely be back.
everything was great from check end to check out.
resturant service was bad
Cleaning lady had a bad attitude, but the problem was fixed by the people in the lobby. Internet did not work properly in our room
Great jacuzzi and heated pool. The neighborhood is quite, but it's near from Bourbon Street
Should offer a discounted or free breakfast. Meals are too expensive.
Really close to cruise line with Fulton parking across street where we left our car for the week we were on ship. Shuttle picked us and luggage up at garage there and took to cruise port.
There was someone in my assigned room when I opened the door (freaked me out!) - they apologized and re-assigned; expensive parking; very noisy elevator; very noisy in back courtyard; not much to do in immediate area
adjustable beds; good breakfast buffet;
A bit of a hike to Canal Street and Bourbon Street - though a 10 minute walk to the tram get's you on the way.
Comfortable, excellent staff. Great cafe restaurant around the corner - Butcher cafe
I like that I was a short drive to my venue.
