Cost of valet is a little ridiculous considering the parking lot across the street offers half off or more for Overnight parking. Also the high price of overnight parking is taking money out the pockets of the valet service workers who probably earn smaller tips.
the staff overall was very welcoming and helped create a family vibe. They all seem like that enjoy their jobs and their coworkers. Keenan, Kevin, Melvin, and the female bartender stand out in my mind. They were helpful, caring, and friendly.

What bad experience? The staff at the hotel is the best. That is why we keep coming back!!!
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were exhausted from traveling all day and really wanted to get some rest. We got exactly what we needed.

There was no Disney channel for the children & paying for parking that was the first time ever having to pay for parking at a hotel I payed to stay at.

I would not stay here again. With that being said, I don't recommend this Hotel to anyone else. The room we stayed in was not worth the price at all. We had an adjoining room with out knowing it and the people who stayed in the room were very nosey. They didn't quiet down till after 1 in the morning. The bed was very uncomfortable and old. The shower water pressure was horrible! Took forever to get my body wash off. Will not make this mistake again.
I liked the staff. They were ready to help with our questions and some of our needs.

pillows to big and firm for my personal tastes. The AC vent doesn't face out into the room. It faces into the bathroom.
Cleanliness and the staff

A bit expensive - but that's New Orleans.
The hotel was well located for my purposes. I liked that it is more of a residential location. Not so busy, quiet, yet transportation readily available. Hotel accomodate my request for late checkout, which was very helpful. Train station was a short taxi ride away. I would stay here again.

The only thing was that it was a little too warm in the hallways. But that could be because we kept our room so cool!
The staff was very personable. We were there on April Fool's Day and they teased us all through breakfast. It was a lot of fun!

The pillow is sneaky and deceptive. It looks fluffy and substantial, but melts away to nothing as you lay your head on it. If I am going to sleep with my head directly on the mattress, I'd rather not be partially smothered by a giant faux marshmallow.
Great location near conference center and Julia St. art galleries.

The location was great for walking to the river. Had a great breakfast with great service. Parking attendant was very helpful with giving us directions as we were heading out. All staff was very friendly.

Nothing one of the nicest, cleanest and friendly hotels I've ever stayed.
Having previously lived in NOLA I was excited when my daughter had to go for a convention and I tagged along. Booking, com messed up our reservation by 4 days but the staff here made it right. Very clean very nice staff. The valet parking was a little high they advertise $30 a day but was $35. Higher than most hotels in the area. Perfect location if going to convention center

My husband didn't like the foam mattress, though it was not uncomfortable.
Liked the complimentary soaps and conditioners, and the coffee and teas asst. in the room. Really liked having the shower cap as I had just had my hair done. Room was clean, light and airy feeling. Liked that you had small store to get last minute food or items we might have forgotten.

the bed pillows were a little uncomfortable.

Very expensive valley They charged me a higher rate than the one I booked and I had to talk to the manager to change it. Lots of hidden fees and taxes on the final bill.
