Muy buena localizacion, muy buena vista del empire State, Excelentes comodidades Los ascensores demoran mucho en llegar, es realmente un problema porque pierdes 15 a 20 minutos cada vez que quieres bajar al lobby |

Está muy bien situado, tiene un buen servicio y una relación calidad precio razonable Debería tener un espacio mayor en algún lugar del hall donde poder mantener una reunión con otras personas por razones de trabajo |

La ubicación es muy conveniente para quien quiera ir a conocer Manhattan. Tiene servicio WI_FI gratis, y con muy buena velocidad. La calefacción recién estaba disponible a partir del 16 de octubre, y eso no estaba señalado en ninguna parte. Lo resolvieron enviando un caloventor. El servicio telefónico de larga distancia es excesivamente caro. Tampoco tiene cofre de seguridad en las habitaciones. |

Free internet in the rooms was really good. The hotel is nice and clean. Excluding one guy, all the staff was really helpful. I expected the room was bigger cause it was very small. Three elevators were not enough for the hotel, on the morning it was a nightmare to try to get up and down. A guy named Jonathan of the hotel staff was very rude when I asked him to make a local call after a checked out, cause I ordered a taxi and it was late, so I asked him to call the company and he told me go outside and use the public phone cause he couldn`t let me use the hotel phone anymore, even paying for it. I payed for a room with a city view, but is is not worthy.... |

The beds and chair in the room were etremely comfortable, thinking of buying one now. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The location is amazing, so close to macy's and times square The only thing i didnt like was there was no doorman, other than that it was amazing. This is the only thing i didnt like and its only because i couldnt find fault with anything else |

I have to say this hotel was absolutely brilliant. I don't think I could fault it at all. The location was excellent. Right in the centre of everything. The staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. I will definately stay here again and recommend it to friends. |

The hotel is new & new modern and the rooms are clean & spacious by New York standards. However, the main selling point is location - smack bang in the middle of Macy's & Empire State Building, close to Times Square!!! Excellent...... |

Internet facilities were very useful and a free coffee on the way out in the morning helped start the day well. Bar area is a little impersonal and the room rate a little on the high side. A bath would have been nice at the price. |

the location was really the best you can get, the rooms were NY size which is quite small but the beds are huge taking almost 70% of the room. I booked two rooms for 3 nights and paid around 2000$ in the end with the taxes and all, then i needed to extend my stay in one fo the rooms for an extra night and the best they gave me was a walk-in rate which is about 100$ more than the rate i had while i was staying with them. |

Reception staff, both at night and early morning were very courteous. Service at the bar was very good.I got to the Hotel late , needed a drink and goodnight.Other than that, room, bed, bathroom, the usual you find at any hotel. A little tight hallway |
