Location is excellent Additional security on elevator after 8 pm Clean, well kept, well designed
Had to pay for breakfast Only one device per room for free wifi Noisy cooling/heating system
The staff was very helpful and the common areas and room were very clean and comfortable. It was really nice to have a luggage check area so that we could check in early and not have to worry about our luggage while we were out seeing the city.
I liked very much the people that works there and the location.
I liked all
Distance to Times Square - 10 minute walk Very comfy beds Modern rooms Excellent staff
Breakfast service was not great
Right on the corner of Times Square, Herald's Square and Broadway. Rooms were comfortable but not particularly spacious.
Rooms a little on the small size but probably fairly typical for New York. The air conditioning unit was a litle noisy.
i paid for an accessibilty room and it didnt meet my need
The shower was updated. Liked having a fridg & k - cup coffee maker
Air conditioner a bit noisy
The room was and employees were excellent. I had a city view and it was a good view.
Great location near subway stop. Excellent professional staff. Large room compared to most city rooms. Full size bathroom. Completely enjoyed our stay there.
The hotel is perfectly situated close to Empire State Building and Macy's. Very friendly staff and nice rooms - the view on Empire State out of the windows of a cityview room is stunning. Rooms are clean and the size of the rooms is ok
AIr condition is very noisy and therefore cannot be used when sleeping
Location , location Breakfast is excellent though expensive
The lobby is a bit poor
Close to several shops and easy mobility while in the heart of Manhattan
The size of beds are not suited for 2 adults.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast (although a little expensive). This is a well run hotel and I would stay here again.
The room was very clean except for the carpeting, which was rather dirty and needed to be replaced. The double room we shared was small, although to be fair that is typical for NYC. The view from the back was not particularly special and I have to wonder, as I reserved a room with view, that if I had been a man would I have been given an Empire State view?
smelled of urine
Location is perfect for our business trip.
Because of the room was just in front of elevators and lower level (4th floor instead 14), we could hear noise, people talking even the noise someone opened the room door. However, we were so exhausted from our business meeting, we did not bother to sleep at all.
Everything is Ok, very good. Specialy we likes view to the Empire state building, and facts that we were living short time in the center of NY city.
Great location - just a few steps from the subway station, good shopping options around. Great staff - all very kind, polite and helpful. Amazing view - I stayed at the 25th floor and the Empire State building was just in front of my window. Overall an amazing experience!
Nothing really bothered me, but just a tip, there are 3 elevators for 31 floors full of guests, so avoid rush hours if you are not patient.
.Breakfast is great .Location is a walking distance from most tourist attractions
Kind and efficient staff, cleanliness, close proximity to Penn State, Macy's, Times Square, Empire State Building and so much more, easy check out...all in all, a very good experience.
The shower door leaks a ton
