Check in was fast and efficient. Tameika was very professional and accommodating. She gave us a room on the 26th floor with a beautiful city view. Little to no nighttime street noise at that level. Personable Phil kindly stored our luggage after our early arrival until our room was ready at 3:00 pm. Hotel was very nice and really clean. The rates were very reasonable, especially since the UN General Assembly was going on during our stay, and most all of the hotel rates in Midtown skyrocketed. I felt like we got a great deal/great room on our two night stay. The hotel was centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to see. An easy walk or subway ride to every place we went. Plus the subway entrance was practically right outside the hotel's door. We ate the breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant each morning (which was great), and had fun chatting with and getting great recommendations from Patrick. Quick check-out and front desk arranged car service to take us back to LaGuardia. We really appreciated the hotel staff, the service we received was excellent. We loved everything about our visit to NY, and will definitely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn/West 35th again when we return in the future.
No dislikes, hotel was great.
Perfect place to stay for shopping. A lot of shopping areas around and really convenient to get around.
Great location Clean, tidy and modern room Coffee available at reception Fresh apples available at reception Price reasonable for NY hotel
Great location and friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful city view and very comfortable room. Bathroom excellent .
Location: 1min walk to subway and shopping area.
Expensive but so were most of hotels in NY at the time we visited.
Location is definitely great.
Mattress too soft gives back pain. Minibar (fridge) empty. The bar of the hotel is on ground floor. Would prefere 30th floor with view, more cosy and opened later than 11pm.
Location, Parking nearby and fair,
No space and Time for loading/unloading in Front of hotel
staff was very friendly and helpful.
room a bit small
perfectly located, walking distance from most sites.

i would stay again. room 2013 . king bed..LARGE room and very nice shower. coffee machine in room./ small -not tiny-lobby downstairs with 2 sitting areas.airy and well lit feel to the hotel and lobby.free baggage storage.i didnot have breakfast. location perfect for walking/subway to the sights.
Wow..... I booked this place at a amazing price. When I arrived the service I received was nothing short of just that amazing. The care, the concern, and attention to detail was something only you would think stars (a list) celebrities get. The beautiful light skinned female with those gorgeous eyes (Felecia) I believe, made my stay spectacular. She showed care and concern when I lost my wallet. And was profiled, and paid attention when I asked to change my room. Her service, along with Nick the financial guy in the back effortlessly trying to help with out missing a beat with my AmEx situation was service I would now come to be at a great level of easy with. When I return to New York, I will return to the Hilton Garden Inn, my own little miracle on 35th Street.
The overnight staff sucks, they are mean and unprofessional. They profile you and stick their noses up well try to, because they mad they have the night shift. This place would get 5 Stars, but their overnight staff is their only flaw from the front desk people to the short balded black older gentleman with silver glasses. I think he's the worst.
Location, staff and free wifi.
Size of beds, two double beds and we were 3, king or at least queen size would have been better.
Location is excellent Additional security on elevator after 8 pm Clean, well kept, well designed
Had to pay for breakfast Only one device per room for free wifi Noisy cooling/heating system
not spacious especially in public place
The staff was very helpful and the common areas and room were very clean and comfortable. It was really nice to have a luggage check area so that we could check in early and not have to worry about our luggage while we were out seeing the city.
I liked very much the people that works there and the location.
I liked all
Distance to Times Square - 10 minute walk Very comfy beds Modern rooms Excellent staff
Breakfast service was not great
Location in Koreatown with very good korean restos and bakeries, and the 5th avenue and broadway/6th ave shopping just around the corner. I like the express check in and check out and the wonderful staffs. And my room has the Empire State Building view, priceless! It made our stay even more special. Thanks!
Right on the corner of Times Square, Herald's Square and Broadway. Rooms were comfortable but not particularly spacious.
Rooms a little on the small size but probably fairly typical for New York. The air conditioning unit was a litle noisy.
i paid for an accessibilty room and it didnt meet my need
