First, the location as we drove from Montreal to ny city for a family meeting. When I asked for the bill the person at the front dest asnwered he could not produce it because I had made an on-line reservation. However, we had four breakfast in the morning and I left without even knowing how much my credit card will be charged. I think it is not right...

Stale smell in bathroom hairs on bathroom floor staff blowing nose at brekfast buffet, touching utensils (never saw him wash hands) very bad room service- brown celery, with bad looking chicken wings catsup as cocktail sauce with shrimp bad matress

We travelled as group of 24 and utilised at least 7 rooms including the honeymoon suite. The proximity to the wedding venue (Anthony's Pier 9) was the attraction of the venue. The facilities were just great and particular thanks to Ashley in reception who really made us feel very welcome indeed. A breakfast inclusive rate would have made it all perfect

Excellent Location for a weekend trip to NYC. We stopped on our way from Montreal with plans to head to Woodbury for 3 hours then on to NYC for the weeknd. We payed almost as much per night in Newburgh as we payed in NYC staying at the 4 star Soho Grand which included breakfast and parking! Sounds a bit off to me.

客房很干净，细节非常好，比很多高级酒店还周到，很美好的体验。离woodberry outlet只有18公里 不能以同一价格延住，可能是周末购物的人多
