“ The staff were very professional and the location was very central and convenient for our needs. Very clean hotel. Could not find one single thing that we did not like. Will be recommending it to our friends and hope to return shortly. The view from the hotel was beautiful, could not believe that the malls etc. were within walking distance. ”

Location is perfect! Nice view of the lake Victoria, 2 minutes walking distance from the shopping mall and downtown. Friendly staff. I would stay at this hotel again. No slippers in the room.

Location was excellent as was the morning breakfast. Parking was superb. Essentially, the hotel is expensive in terms of actual price. However, there is definite value and convenience.

Staff were courteous and helpful. We arrived at 11.00 pm . Not able to have something to eat or drink . Room service finishers at 11.99 pm!

The location was good. We were in jupiter for spring training and we were close to the airport. I was disappointed in the quality of facial tissues and bath tissues. I have stayed at other hotels for less $ and had better quality tissues. Thank goodness I brought my own. Also they may need to replace the beds. Our bed had low spots that you would roll into. I expected more for my money.

Our room wasn't cleaned until very late in the day. One day the cleaning people didn't show up until 6pm, after I called for fresh towels.

Well kept outside. Lobby well kept. Nice pool area. Room quailty for the cost was unfair, not a complaint, just a fact. Pantry items cost reminded me of visiting third world country.
