It was a comfortable stay, a get place to keep the flame burning for your marriage, clean, and convenient place
reception very help full and friendly! Location surprisingly good
Once you found a suitable safe place to park everything else was in walking distance
The parking was not Hilton garage although it was attached to the Hilton. Kind of expensive
- excellent breakfast - nice room - very good location - good staff
- couldn't´t find a safe in the room - parking a bit expensive
The beds were new and clean and the room was very nice
Parking was very high
Good location located walking distance to most major attractions in Philly. The pool was nice and included a hot tub and the workout room had plenty of equipment.
+ new mattresses just installed + walking distance to chinatown eats and quick shopping + adjacent parking garage + next door to bus depot and SEPTA + abundant breakfast buffet
- toilet tank leaking - at chk in, my reservation not found; my simple name spelled wrong as my middle initial listed as my surname - broken internal phones (while speaking to my room to room caller, phone kept on ringing and recorded message over "your party cannot be reached") over our conversation
Location Staff was friendly and helpful Room was clean and comfortable
Room was small compared to other Garden Inns Parking was expensive on top of room rate
The staff is friendly and the price is decent.
The mattresses need to be replaced.
pool/ hot tub restaurant helpful and pleasant staff location parking on site
I asked to cancel my rooms. Your staff don't cancel for me and make me a loss of 330usd. I also ask them to change the booking to Miami Hilton, however, they refused. Very bad experience with your hotel.
Staff was very friendly
Hard to hotel.
Staff was excellent and the room was clean. Convenient location!
The room was the basic of basics. For a "Junior Suite" I guess I expected more. Beds were just OKAY. Booking was for 5, yet had to call down for 3 extra set of towels because there were only 2, not that big of a deal as they brought them up in a timely manner. Online prices quoted me $31 for parking and it is actually $34 again not that big of a deal... BUT when we were also expecting breakfast included, as per the online booking, we were very surprised to hear it was actually $14 per person!
Staff was friendly & helpful
1. The room maid replaced the coffee and the cups I consumed.
1. The bed stinks. Even the bed sheet and pillow case were replaced, still the bad smell sticks to my body. 2. Though the cleaner makes the bed, she doesn't clean the floor. She just leaves the dirt on it. 3. She stopped replacing the consumed shampoo, conditioner, and lotion a few days after I checked in.
breakfast was delightful and our older waiter was a gentleman The hotel staff were helpful
the room had an odor the beds were saggy the decor was tired
The staff were excellent ,very welcoming. They provided any information that I needed, about tours/sightseeing, great food upcoming events! Definitely plan to stay there again:)
The front desk staff was friendly and professional other staff was also helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and their restaurant loved the views.
Wish they offered continental breakfast with the rooms breakfast was good but high. The pool was small. The price of parking.
the location was ideal
commodities which I am normally accustomed to receiving free of charge were not even economical. This list includes parking, breakfast, and internet. The sheets and pillow cases seemed to be very low quality.
WAs booked for a king size room an was given a double bed, and told if i wasnt happy with that i could leave...
Great location, right of edge of city center, Reading Terminal and Chinatown, Size of the room was huge Cleanliness of the hotel and room
Price of breakfast was expensive No kettle in room, though there was a coffee maker
There was way too much noise in the hallways as well as noise coming from nearby rooms from the guests. Walls are paper thin...
Location. So strategic. Closed to eatery places.
No complimentary breakfast.
