Clean and handy to the airport. The shuttle driver was very nice, prompt and on time.

The front desk clerk was impossible to understand. Even after we asked him to speak up. He did not go over the room arrangements which resulted in one of our rooms being wrong after we got in it. I ordered two rooms with two queen beds. He sent us to a room with one bed. Not a bad hotel but we wold not book it again due to the front desk staff.

I love the high ceilings and the comfy chair. The shower is huge. Most importantly, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Very helpful staff, jolie at the front desk was very nice and helpful and I think his name was ricardo, the older shuttle driver was the best!

I liked the convenience and proximity to the airport.

Convenient for airport. good facilities. Clean and comfortable rooms. helpful staff. We stayed 3 times at this hotel in a period of 4 weeks. had the breakfast twice - excellent food at good price.

Felt like I was in a high class hotel for the price. Went to a concert that was down the street. Location was great. Restaurant food was excellent.

I think the hotel is great for a overnight stay when you arrive/leave Phoenix. I guess you can stay even longer for that, but due to its proximity to the airport most of the visitors stayed there for a night I guess. Clean, nice personnel,provided me with the free breakfast voucher eventhough it was not included in the room price... All you need to spend a night after the tiring cross-atlantic flight.

Well above the average hotel. It could be a 4 stars. Clean room, kind staff and everything was good. Awesome!

Goede kwaliteit. Het kost wat, maar dan heb je ook wat.

De omgeving is prima veilig, al zou ik er midden in de nacht niet al te graag rondlopen in m'n eentje.

Limpio. Confortable. Habitación con nevera y microondas. Cercanía al aeropuerto. Transporte gratuito al aeropuerto las 24 horas.

Mooi, goed onderhouden en zeer net hotel. Alles aanwezig op grote kamer. Keurig onderhouden zwembad met spa. Ontbijt niet inbegrepen,maar tegen betaling een mooi ontbijtbuffet, met alles er op en aan. Hebben er ook avondgegeten, de dagschotel was heerlijk.

部屋は普通にきれいで、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、パソコンの入る金庫もあり、ベッドもバスルームも、バスルーム- アメニティもよかった。 24時間使えるプールは、小さいプールだがそれなりに快適で、ジャグジーも付いていた。同じく24時間開い- ているジムは利用しなかったが、清潔でマシンも沢山あり良さそうな感じだった。 ビジネスセンターのパソコン利用やプリントアウトが無料なのは便利。 コインランドリーは、洗濯に１ドル、乾燥機は無料でよかった。 フロントに毎日無料のクッキーが置いてあったのはよかった。無料のコーヒーや紅茶がロビーに常時置いてあっ- たのもよかった。 朝食は有料だが種類が豊富で、オーダーメイドのオムレツなどの卵料理もできるし、ワッフルを自分で焼くこと- もできる。料理の味もおいしかった。

バスルームアメニティとしては、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーローションのみで、ボディー・ソー- プは固形石けんでした。個人的には液体のほうが好きなので。 無線インターネットが無料なのはよいが、接続の認証プロセスが煩雑で時間がかかり、使いづらかった。 朝食はおいしかったが、もう少し安いとよいと思う（12ドルくらいでした）。できれば朝食を宿泊料金に含め- てほしい。 夏場だけなのかわからないが、フロントにはいつも１名しかスタッフがいなくて、待たされることもあったし、- あまり親切ではない感じ。 空港からのシャトルは無料だが、電話で呼ばねばならず、前もって電話してもターミナルに着いてからもう一度- 電話しろとつれない対応で、ピックアップ場所に着いてから電話して15分くらい待たされる。24時間シャト- ルがあると書かれているが、ホテルからは30分おきに出ているだけ。 プールは通りに面しており、若干プライバシーの問題がありそうな感じがする。通りを通る人はあまりいないが- 、一度、通りがかりの人に何か叫ばれて怖かった。 プールの表示に朝６時から夜１１時までと書かれているが、フロントで24時間OKと言われた。まぎらわしい- ので表示は変えて欲しい。 コインランドリーの洗濯機が１台しかなくい。ホテルが混む時期には１台では足りないかも？ ロビーに常時置いてある無料のコーヒーや紅茶が、時間によっては若干ぬるかった。部屋に電子レンジがあるの- で再加熱して飲みました。

Pool, Jolene an der Rezeption, der Rest des Personal war annehmbar. Hotel eher fuer Businessreisende geeignet.

For the short visit we had, it was ok. We didn't have much time to see everything of the hotel

The bed was terrible. We didn't get a bill, because it was arranged via booking.com
