The room was clean and looked updated. The restaurant/bar was nice. The afternoon staff was excellent. The mattress in room 208 was by far the worst I have ever slept on. There was a deep depression on each side and it was high in the middle. I think Mike and Molly slept on it for 20 years.

The staff was polite and the hotel was clean. I did not like the fact that I could not get the hotel to shuttle me to my event even though it was two only two miles over their 5 mile rule. I also think the breakfast was to expensive.

Great location and comfortable hotel. We were not given prior warning of renovation works. No evening restaurant (other than bar snacks) so had to venture out in the cold to eat! Not acceptable. No discount offered.

I wanted to be near the airport for a early morning departure. I had a handicap room which was cold and not very comfortable for me. There was no room service menu. Just not as nice as other Garden hotels I have stayed in.

Close to the airport with free shuttle service. The shuttle is shared with another close by hotel. I needed to wait nearly 30 minutes to catch the shuttle because I was not informed it did not say "Hilton Garden Inn" on it. The front desk should have explained this when I phoned for a pick-up.

I give this hotel a perfect score!!! We had a 2 week vacation,and toured many places in the west,therefore we stayed in numerous hotels for a few nights... this hotel was by far the best! Bravo!

It was very quiet. The restaurant's food was not of good quality and too expensive. Not a lot of choices for meals close by other than Waffle House.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete große Zimmer, beheizter großer Pool, gepflegte Anlage. Zuverlässiger Flughafenshuttle. Hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang. Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant und an der Bar war unterdurchschnittlich.
