Everything was fine!
24 hours of coffee, flavored water, hot chocolate, cookies or cupcakes !
Was unhappy about the condition of the lobby & kitchen. They were under renovations and I was not informed of this prior to my stay. The breakfast was not well made...the scrambled eggs were runny and tasteless.
The rooms were clean and had plenty of towels. The pool area was clean & warm.
I forgot my swimsuit so I couldn't make use of the indoor pool.
First I can't thank them enough for the great care we received. After an all night drive we were able to get a room early. The staff was great. I especially would like to highlight the house keeping staff. It goes beyond their professional care. Due to a back problem I left my heavy suitcase on my bed, and each afternoon when I returned to our room the bed made and my suitcase still on the bed. When we left the hotel, I left a package with some books I got for my granddaughter. I got a hold of the head of housekeeping, she had the books got my information and said she would mail them out to me ups. A week later when my friend and I got home from the rest of our trip she realized she had left an expensive gift she had purchased. She had left a message about it. The next day I received a package from the hotel it looked a little big for my books. When I opened it there was my friend's gift. That's just the wonderful staff. If you are like my friend and I you can't spend $300 + a night in Boston. A short 25 or so minutes away is this fantastic hotel. Right in the middle of all the history. I will be back again and again.
They billed our credit card for two full cooked breakfasts after we had checked out, even though we'd only signed off for continental breakfasts!
Very up to date and well appointed.
zip ! :)
Exceeds all my expectations! Comfort, warm and welcoming, Excellent breakfast... fruits exceptional! Expect nothing less from a Hilton
Could hear air conditioning from next room, it was so loud. Body lotion left in room is NOT shower gel and no good for a shower.
Reception decoration for Halloween. Good price continental breakfast.
Very convenient to areas around Boston. Nice and clean with comfortable rooms.
Everything was really ok
Spacious room - Cleanness
Close to down town, wonderful hotel we would stay there again!
Too close to China Town which is way too filthy for me. Alot of homeless people sleeping around next to Hotel and Tufts Medical Center. Too $$$ for that area. No pool!!!
On The edge of theatre District easy walk to our destination.
Room Pleasant & helpful staff Easy check in & check out No screaming children running all over Central location to our activities Coffee maker & pods
We stayed in this hotel for one night. First they put us in a room in front of the machinery room of the elevator. A lot of noice. This room was on the first floor. We asked for another room and that was no problem. We moved to the 3 rd floor. I do not understand why they put guests in that room. They are familiair with the problem. We awake at 1.00 am due the guests in the next room. A wedding party was continued in the room next to us. We called the reception 3 times and they sent security 3 times. It means for us no sleep. The hotel offered us free breakfast and the hotel bill was cancelled. This was was appreciated but for us the worst hotel ever
It's not that I didn't like it. It was fine. The bed's were a little saggy and creaky, but they were pretty much fine. But it cost nearly $300 bucks. It's not a luxurious experience at all. If I hadn't been desperate, I never would have booked it at that price.
I was running a race in Falmouth and this was the nearest hotel with a room available. It was an easy drive to and from the race.
The staff was very polite and willing to listen and answer your questions!
Indoor pool too small
Rooms were beautiful, linens crisp, downy pillows, bathroom gorgeous!, Staff very accomodating... Great place to stay.
Booked a king room, received a double
Great first impression - lobby, bar, breakfast area, business area, halls and our room. All is fresh, neat and attractive. The addition of Keurig single serve coffee is appreciated. Best of all is the can do service.
There was real nothing to complain about
This was a gift for my son and he said it was wonderful the staff were very helpful and would recommend it to familly and friends
We didn't book for 3 nights. =/
We waited to long to make a reservation for the Fourth of July Holiday Weekend ,but were we wrong! Our location was just about 15 minutes from our family festivities and we didn't get stuck in Cape traffic leaving. Convenient and many local attractions were right in Plymouth. Walking distance to reasonable price eateries and all needs were right there if you left something home.
I had a little issue with the card keys but it was resolved.
When we arrived I offered a different credit card to the one I had used when I made the online booking. The receptionist announced that it had been declined, (quite embarrassing). I used a different card, then had to call the bank on the hotel phone as my mobile had no signal. The bank said there was no issue and could not see a declined payment at their end. When we checked out I had been charged $40 for an 8 min phone call. I disputed this and the other receptionist checked and confirmed that the original card should not have been declined in the first instance. I got a refund for the $40. However be aware if you use a different card when you arrive at the hotel, their system maybe at fault if its declined! The location is a little outside of Plymouth, which meant you had to drive or take a taxi into town, better if in walking distance.
Great room, nice and spacey. Breakfast was very nice too, even though it was $12 PP extra, it was very substantial, with cook to order available.
The beds were very uncomfortable. The pillows would flatten like a pancake if any type of pressure was applied. The pillows would slide under the headboard between the mattress and wall..the way it was made and installed always had that gap so the flattest pillows that barely offered any support would slide away into the hole You werent allowed to open the window they were screwed closed. The tub stopper built in the tub did not work. The wifi was absolutely horrible. My phone cept stating it was unstable it was quicker to just usee 3g or 4g
The location was great along with a good variety of resturants within walking distance. Staff member were helpful when asking where the location was of certain places.
Trying to access hotel from rte 3 to Long Pond Rd. Was confusing. No signs showing way. If we hadn't seen name on top of side of hotel, we would not have known where to enter. From L.P.R. there was no indication where entry to hotel was; went towards dead end at Home Depot and had no other choice but to turn left into mini shopping mall and the hotel. Poor signage and layout. Tv way too complex to understand/ use. Handicapped room all that was available which was not a problem but no night light in bathroom; bathroom door extremely heavy and would not remain open; and bathtub was dangerously slippery. We had to put a towel in it to provide "traction". Cannot imagine how a handicapped person would be able to utilize the bathroom. Also, the walls were ridiculously thin! And the "elevator music" was totally tacky and certainly not meant to provide a comfortable atmosphere.
Our room was very clean. That is the only positive to our stay!
We were impressed with the cleanliness of everything until we noticed blood stains in out sheets the next am after sleeping on them. Looked as though someone cut themselves shaving.. It was not my husband or I!!!!!
Location was great. Room was a good size.
