wish the swimming pool was bigger. Better cleanliness of the pool and the Jacuzzi.
Gym, Jacuzzi, breakfast omelets
The desk clerk (Flynn) helped us by printing directions for us to our meeting in Beaverton. I was impressed by his helpfulness. We had local friends join us for happy hour/dinner and they too were welcomed. I LOVED that longer stay guests could borrow a live goldfish for company
We made reservations for a king bed with sofa sleeper and when we arrived, we did not get that type of room, - returned to front desk and she was rude, said we booked through 3rd party, but she would try to accommodate. Then told us to get our receipt through the 3rd party - just not very professional.
Breakfast was excellent, even though it cost extra.
Location and friendly staff. That makes my stay pleasant.
Could not turn the heat off or down in the room.
Most everything. The lobby was especially awesome.
The kitchen people were amazing, and went way beyond then what was expected..
The internet requires daily sign-on. The continuous running equipment noise from outside where the windows aluminum does not tight close to prevent outside noise. The cleanness is good but with comparison with some hotels I stayed at in Southeast Asia the cleanness is not as equal
The size of the room. The location is good and accessible to all needed services. The area is clean.
Apparently, the bed was supposed to have adjustable firmness? Either ours didn't work, or we didn't invest enough time in trying to figure it out. Either way, a very comfortable room.
So neat and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They have fish at the front desk named after Labyrinth characters, so they were winning right off the bat. Nearby to yummy restaurants and a gas station with a good shop across the street. Plus, a giant 24 hour fitness across the street; perks if you're a member!
Everything as expected.
Wished the breakfast was included in your hotel fee, even if you were to charge a bit more for the stay.
The hot tea and coffee bar was very welcoming.
I left my cell phone in a drawer. So I called and housekeeping found the cell phone and sent it to me right away. I really appreciate the housekeeping manager going that extra mile for me.
The work on the tile floors in front of the pool was inconvenient. Don't know what would have been a better time but that was a challenge. Also, the kitchen staff was rather slow in getting the grill items out.
I liked that there was a good selection for the breakfast provided. I appreciated fresh fruit and what was set out in between times for hot drinks also. The location provided options for dining out. The rooms were a good size; you didn't feel crammed in.
It had limutations like any other place would but when I wanted to be able to watch movies on the TV, the most they could do to accomidate my vision disability was to pull the TV closer to the bed There was confusion setting up the WiFi to work. It was connected but very slow. I had to call tech support at midnight to figure it out so I could watch movies with my girlfriend.
I liked the extremely friendly and supportive staft The room service was always very thurough in their clean No matter how much I called and requested help, they were ready and willing to help
The one thing the hotel can't control is other guests. My suite on the 3rd floor must have been below a family in the suite above, who stomped around all night and into the morning. Unfortunately I heard every step. To the hotel's credit, I did not complain as it eventually died down.
Great hotel. Staff, cleanliness, food, comfort, all top notch. Satisfied guest.
Facility is showing its age.
Friendly staff, great food. Good location and very comfy bed to sleep in. We'll be back.
We had a suite for our family of 5 booked for a month. When we arrived, we had a single bed room. Some people decided to stay longer so they gave our suite to them and we were not told until we arrived. They said they would give us the room for free but as of 3 days after the fact the money is still missing from my account. I was supposed to get a free breakfast and they also charged me for that. I am not very happy with this hotel.
Wish breakfast was included
Clean efficient. In a small industrial park quite near to a great salad bar for dinner.
Hotel was tired, not clean and bathroom sink area was a joke. Had to put my toiletries on the toilet or floor. Next morning there were spiders crawling about. Linens not crisp or triple sheeted. I will never stay at that site again. Too bad as our children live nearby.
Glad we had gps otherwise difficult to find.
Comfortable bed, fabulous breakfast, nice lobby furniture/décor, helpful staff
Food of room service is bad too salty
Broken hot tub wasn't able to use it due to cold water temperature, water wasn't clean enough either. Lobby, main corridors and elevator dirty. Breakfast is not included.
Location, close to HWY and town. large rooms and comfortable bed, good WIFI internet.
They let me check in early because we stayed in the Americas Best Inns and suites in Aloha the night before and it was disgusting...great hotel, advertised correctly, family friendly and nice!
Wifi a little unreliable in rooms
Rooms were large and comfortable Clean Friendly and helpful staff
The salt pool was something to get used to. This was our first experience with it.
The lobby was nice/pleasant. Microwave & fridge was a good feature.
