The Portland downtown was delightful and we could access it all on foot. We were there for a wedding and could access it on foot. The free hot beverages were appreciated so much. The van pickup at the Jetport was very appreciated and Sam was most helpful as the driver. A keeper!! While we loved it, the cost seemed unduly high. Two nights were all we could swing but for less, we would have added a night!

Location is excellent. Right in the middle of the Old Port, where all the good restaurants are. Staff could be friendlier. They where not very helpful with information about the city.

Gute Lage direkt an der Hafenstrasse, grosse und geräumige Zimmer. Viele Geschäfte und Lokale in der Umgebung, aber als Empfehlung das beste Restaurant auf unserer Rundreise, das Grace in einer alten Kirche. Tolle Küche, etwas teurer, aber ganz toll! Wer kein Hotelfrühstück will, direkt neben dem Hotel ist die beste Bäckerei der Stadt mit tollen Croissants und Kaffee, Die schrecklich laute Klimaanlage, die man leider auch nicht ausschalten konnte

Good view, location and nice room. Our floor was party central, people yelling and fighting. Very noisy heating system that would not shut off. Bed felt like we were sleeping in a hole. Additional charges added to your credit card that we were not informed of, called and hotel was going to take care of the charges, we are still waiting.

The location was superb for someone wanting to explore Portland by foot. Close to ferries, walking/running/biking trails, great restaurants in area, very friendly and helpful staff, quick to reach from airport and shuttle rides were included in room price. Didn't like the fact the pool and exercise equipment put users on display from the sidewalk. At my age, the fewer witnesses to my swimming/soaking the better. Fortunately, the weather was great so was able to exercise outdoors so didn't need to use the indoor equipment.

Portland is a very cool city, lots of unique shops and a great assortment of pubs and restaurants. There is a nice path along the water/rail road tracks to run/walk along. The hotel was the perfect location in the city
