Valet parking. Clean Room. Tea with the Keurig. Great Staff!
Very friendly staff, great location, very accommodating to our infant. All staff--housekeeping, front desk, restaurant, valet parking attendants--were all exceedingly friendly and welcoming.
Location, cleanliness, breakfast, big and beautiful room, wifi, friendly staff. A very pleasant experience. Will visit again.
Parking and breakfast come at extra cost would prefer if free for guests.
The location. Have stayed here before and like the location. Staff are very accommodating.
Noisy neighbors yelling in the hall in middle of night.
We just stayed for our business trip. The staff were very friendly and the location was very convenient for shopping and dining.
I have found hairs in bath tab. That was only downside of this stay.
Location right on the waterfront
The pillows and the size of the bed. The bars of soap were cool too!
The view. People could see into the room.
All new hotels should have tall toilets and firmer beds.
Location is the best in the city, in my opinion. Staff is so friendly, accommodating and warm. They remembered my name and my dog's name when we returned for our 2nd stay 2 months later. For the $, best value around for what you get. Highly recommend.
All the staff were excellent: helpful, friendly, polite? The chef though, is special. He is creative, asks for feedback and produces delicious food. The location is perfect: it is situated, as its name suggests, right on the waterfront with plenty of shops, restaurants and places of interest nearby.
WiFi slow, bed uncomfortable, housekeeping things not restocked. Ie. towels, coffee
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good.
Forced valet parking that gets added to the bill. A/C did not work properly and kept us awake. Nice perk to have kuerig in room but screamers we're cuddled.
Ease of access to tourist area and the "historic" area of town. Views over the harbour. Reception staff were very helpful
Restaurant management was weak and service haphazard.
Attitude of a few of the front desk staff. The woman that checked us in was miserable, and punished for paying cash by giving us the room next to the ice machine. We had made the reservation weeks in advance for parents weekend. If you really don't like people, working the front desk probably isn't the ideal job for you.
The staff was the nicest group of people we've ever dealt with at any hotels we've stayed in
I think the parking fees are excessive; however, the staff was very efficient and helpful
Old empty bottle of wine left in room when we arrived
Location to the water, shopping and restaurants Friendly staff Beautiful hotel, very spacious Comfortable bed Next door to amazing bakery
Nice hotel. Fantastic location.
Too pricey. Manhattan prices for Maine!
Short term stay of 2 nights. Nice place to stay in Portland, great location. All you need is around and by foot. Like the place!
Best thing about it is proximity to Fore St restaurant and Standard Baking Co
View from my room was parking lot and tall building facade.
convent location ,staff went out of there way
valet service thought this was the only way to park our car the morning that we left received a bill for 15.00 a day we never used are car the whole time we were there. So why were we charge 15.00 a day they should have a separate fee if your car never moves and the staff should explain that theres a fee for each day so we can make our own choice to park there oh some where else.
Great pillows and bedding. Valet staff, front desk and housekeeping were all very friendly.
Only one option for breakfast...$11 buffet . Would have liked a less expensive option like continental.
Location Staff Convenience Parking Clenliness
Price is a bit high
close to historic part of the city, great restaurants nearby, and the waterfront.
this is just kind of picky, but....the sheets were a little rough, as were the towels
Excellent customer service at the front desk. Eager to help in whatever way necessary.
Parking is only valet
